I agree with many of the other comments listed here. Karen at the front desk is rude.
I came in to book an appointment while running errands and was greeted with nothing but distain. It didn't look busy, although I do understand in a doctors office that can be deceiving. It felt like I was interrupting a conversation with her coworkers and I was not welcome. She briefly took my phone number, and told me my exam date. When I told her that wasn't a good time for me she said, "to bad that's what we have. " no smiling just a laugh and a sneer. Apparently they are booked up for the rest of eternity. I told her not to book the appointment and I left.
I have worked in customer service and I can't imagine anyone I've known acting this way with a customer. The attitude, abruptness and basic unwillingness to even have a conversation was terrible. I ended up going across the street to the mall and was unexpectedly able to be seen the same day and had a wonderful experience.

Dr Webb was fantastic and very thorough. That's where it ended. My new reading/computer workspace lenses were ordered. I collected them but they added the previous progressive prescription. Returned. New pair arrived, but they put in my far glasses (I have a sep pair) prescription. So returned again a week ago. I asked for a rush as leaving for Europe 18/9. Called today but they are not there.so no reading glasses for my trip, where I will need to read alot. No have to go buy reading glasses before flight. Very frustrating, as they are expensive and you would think that at least the glasses would be correct

I took my aging mother here and Amy was wonderful with her. I really appreciate her speaking so she could understand and put her mind at ease.

We have seen a few of the doctors here and they are all wonderfully professional.

A joke of a job on the trifocals by a very rude optician. The mid distance and reading part of the lenses leave almost no room for distance sight, making them unusable and even worse, they are highly off-centre! They don't stand behind their work and were unreasonably high-pressure. Having said that, the doctors themselves were good. Overall would not recommend for buying glasses

This place is a scam and needs to be investigated. They charge you $75 just to email or fax a prescription and they charge you every time, not a one-time fee.

They gave me the wrong prescription and I didn't realize until I had new lenses made. They told me on the phone they wouldn't charge me for the visit/ correction. They also offered to covered the $100 cost of cutting new lenses if the doctor made a mistake. I went back and got it rechecked and turns out the doctor did make a mistake.

They lied and mislead me, made me pay for the correction visit and the new lenses. Not even an apology.

Stay far away from this place. I switched to Discovery EyeCare and regret not doing it sooner.

This place is an unethical SCAM.

Needed contacts fairly urgently and they were very understanding and helpful, even without an appointment!

Had an eye emergency. Receptionist said I couldn't see a doctor for over 2 weeks. Family has been with this clinic for years. Deeply disappointed and let down during a worrisome time. Called another clinic and was seen right away. Does Complete Eye Care not help patients in an emergency?

I've been having trouble with my glasses after getting the lenses replaced, I came back so many times trying to get them adjusted and I'm sure they thought I was crazy.turns out the nose pads had been replaced with thinner ones and that was literally the issue the entire time! Silly me!

The staff were beyond helpful and friendly; a very personable experience. I would recommend for their experience and professionalism.

How could an eye clinic not have space for emergency matters, I’m telling the receptionist that I’m suffering from pain and red eye and I need to see a doctor the same day, she refers me to 2 weeks later, thanks, but I’ll be blind by then

The doctor was nice but reception left a sour taste in my mouth. Waited 10 min while the two girls jokes. Only to scowled at. -2 stars for service

I saw Dr. Sahota for an eye exam as I hadn't had my vision checked in forever. She was very informative and thorough about what she saw in the testing and really helped me get an understanding of my eye health.

The whole visit was pleasant from talking to front desk, getting examined by Dr. Sahota, and Pav's awesome smiles!

After all the testing was done I was introduced to Yvonne, who took a moment to gauge my sense of style, and delivered a master class of how to service a client. She made suggestions, and did an excellent job of taking my thoughts and feelings into consideration. All in all, she was honest and extremely insightful. Yvonne helped me pick a frame that I fell in love with.

Complete Eyecare definitely lived up to its name for my visit! The staff left me with a sense of understanding about my eye health, and a lot of confidence in the professionals that work here! I will definitely be coming back for all of my future eye care needs. 10/10

I saw Dr. Sahota who was an absolute delight and very efficient. She explained why she recommended some types of lenses over others and my options for my lifestyle. Yvonne, the optician, is a rock star and helped me narrow down to two pairs of glasses from a pre selected pile of about 30 pairs. She gave me her honest opinion and we seriously had so much fun picking out frames together. The receptionist was also very polite and well spoken. Overall it was a great experience and I am very excited to go back and pick up my new glasses!
