Don’t ever go to this shop, very bad attitude, people across all social media all says he’s a scammer.
I went there earlier this week and I can confirm those are all truth.

The store owner quickly determined the problem with my computer and helped me fix it. The service is good and the price is reasonable. It is a trustworthy store.

The person I spoke to here last charged me without completing the work and it turned out the main board was unrepairable anyway so I had to buy another comp on top of the what I gave them. That's a total fail.

Got my job done in time, but the price is way too expensive. I didn’t know what the issue was at first, then I was told it was a problem with my cables, so I went home then came back with the PCIE cords, after 40 minutes of waiting in my car for the job to be finished, I was charged $40 on top of the $35 starting fee. I feel like this was way to expensive for something I could of done myself I’m 30 minutes, just didn’t know the issue to begin with.

Very fast and reliable service.

He was able to quickly identify the problem with my computer, and helped research for an appropriate and compatible replacement part for me to purchase from Amazon.

He then installed the replacement part without any issues and got my computer working again within a few days. Also offered helpful advice to maintain my computer in the future.

Got a complimentary bottle of ice tea, which is nice.

Best shop ever, had my laptop for check up and turned out no issue and they didn’t charge me. Very kind and considerate people. Will definitely recommend!

Took damaged computer to this place to get data taken off. When I was there, night used Toshiba laptop. Paid $75 to get data transferred and $200 for computer. He wasn't able to transfer data.
Took computer, back today, 3 weeks later, it's crapping out, won't turn on.
He wanted $35 cash just to check plug portal.
Everything cash, huge scam

Called about 2012 Retina MacBook Pro with GPU problem and gave me the best reply that I shouldn’t bother repairing it since it’s a waste of money. I appreciate him telling me this since many companies wanted $350+ to fix it and finally he give me the most real reply. Talked to several people with similar problem and after many people get it fixed or even replaced, problem comes back in a few weeks to months.

Highly recommend him, very informative and helps YOU as the customer, not just for money. He helps when he sees hope and doesn’t want to waste anyone’s time or money. Thank you.

I asked him to fix my trackpad because it stopped clicking. He "fixed" it by slipping this piece of paper and forcing the entire trackpad up. I took it apart myself to see him use clear tape to stick this paper between the metal frame and my trackpad. What a joke

My laptop was having an automatic startup repair loop problem, and my keyboard wasn't working. He fixed it very quickly and for a really good price! Straightforward and good business. Thank you!

I met with the owner for purchasing a used computer and it's a good deal. He was very nice to explain all the detail of the computer and record my information that if anything not satisfied or with question, I can contact him. You can't do that when you purchase from other person on craigslist.
PS: I read some of comments regarding they don't answer you question on the phone, as a computer technician myself, there are many causes of system failure or not working as you expected, unless let the technician to test and see, there is no easy answer how much to repair - some old system the repairing fee might higher than purchase another 2nd hand PC/laptop than spend their valuable time try to repair, some parts might not exist on the market - please consider they're busy on providing service to all customers, if someone hold them on the phone, which means they don't have time to service other people.

I brought my gaming laptop to the shop and the man who helped me was very efficient, immediately telling me the prices for what I wanted. The service was incredibly fast and I was able to pick up my laptop the next hour. However when I brought my laptop home and opened it up, there was nothing on the computer. I had asked for a factory reset and got a total wipe. I had even told the man that I wanted to keep my drivers, but clearly he wasn't paying attention or dismissed me. While the price is good, the service was terrible as now all the things were wiped from my laptop. Would not go again unless I was able to actually watch the process.

Called in today to ask about pricing for computer repair. The man who answered was impatient and told me he doesn’t want to talk more because I did not show sincerity since I called him instead of bringing in the computer. He said it is a waste of his time talking to me on the phone because the computer wasn’t there, and I should find him when I have decided. Of course I decided not to bring the computer to his store after that kind of customer service, or the lack of it.

Haha you’re a funny guy. Yes I should’ve followed the reviews but the saying goes “seeing is believing”. I’m glad our 2 minutes of impatient phone conversation saved me a 30 minutes drive from downtown and $5 of gas money. The phone conversation was helpful though, it was all kinds of red flag not to do business with you. Maybe I’ll stop by your shop one day to say hi and waste one more second of your precious time. At least I’ll get some yummy food along the way. Thanks!

Very fast service. I had got service for cleaning mother board and replacement of silicon in only 2h
but not recommend for laptop repairing. I saw they were pretty busy with may desktop pc.
They seemed not interested for laptop and did not fix my laptop well, just reinstall win10 repeatedly wasting me much time.

Fast and quality service, very knowledgeable and to the point. Was able to assist me during a long weekend, great customer service with extremely reasonable prices. Highly recommend to everyone.
