How fortunate to come to the Sechelt office - from a cheerful welcome from Ashley and to observing the number of calls and visits they are fielding so competently.and then calm, kind and thorough testing and adjustments from Alex.and what a difference to my hearing. As my hearing diminished, I became more and more frustrated at having to ask people to repeat what they had said. When I would ask my grandkids to repeat something, their response became less enthusiastic, and that hurt. My husband has had hearing aids for five years and urged me to get my hearing checked. When I met the girls at Connect Hearing they were so friendly and it all seemed so easy to make the transition. Kimberly and Terra have almost become family because of their kind helpful support. I can hear so much better. Connect Hearing has given me a new outlook!
