I have no reservations in stating that the service is high level
professional. Both staff are courteous, helpful, patient, and
knowledgeable. The hearing aids are excellent and the follow-up

I found the staff very friendly and professional. It was fast, easy and comfortable to get my test. Almost fun! I'd recommend Tiffany, and will return again when it's time to redo my hearing test.

My elderly father’s hearing aids required replacement and we have been going to the Hearing Conn, Fort Street, Victoria location for a few years now and the service NEVER disappoints! Both the receptionist and the audiologist at the location are very friendly, very knowledgeable and very accommodating when dealing with my father we. The office is very bright and very professionally decorated and seems to have very current equipment. I am always impressed what a great experience we have every time we need to go there. I can’t recommend Hearing Connect and especially their Fort Street, Victoria location enough. Hearling Connect has lifelong customers in my family.

Tiffany is the most competent audiologist I have ever met. She and the receptionist are very helpful and provide excellent service. People, whom I have referred to them, agree whole-heartedly.

I visited Connect Hearing to accompany my parents, with my three kids.
I booked appointment for my parents to see how their hearing as they are 62 and 65 years old.
The staff (receptionist) is so friendly and compassionate with the kids (kids were a bit loud and playing around).
Tiffany (the specialist) who checked my parents hearing was awesome. She is so nice, smiling and easy to talk to. She definitely knows what she’s doing, explained thoroughly the result and she even gave us the contact number and information where to apply for free hearing aids for people with low income.
Its easy to book appointment with them.
My parents check up are all free. Parking is fine, its a street parking right at the front of the clinic. I definitely recommend Connect Hearing.

I had my first hearing test ever today at Connect Hearing Victoria. I thought I was experiencing some hearing loss, but it turns out I am not! It was a great process, and my technologist was lovely - so friendly and informative. They encourage everyone to get their hearing tested. If there is loss, they can help! But I found the peace of mind to see where I am at currently and that all is well. Will make sure to go annually as part of my overall wellness checklist!
