The Conrad is a beautiful new building my partner and I moved into this past summer. A list of amazing things as follows: lots of amenities, flawless building maintenance, extreme cleanliness, charming neighborhood, and the suites are tasteful and exactly like the photos on the website. The building manager Thomas has always been quick to help as well as very friendly!

The Conrad is a brand new building and my partner and I were some of the first tenants to move in. While we haven't really gotten to know our neighbors because of the pandemic, I can say that the building is impeccably maintained and managed. The design of everything is clean and modern, and the suites are so quiet. Thomas, the building manager, is really good at his job and is easy to get a hold of. Love the neighborhood, we're really happy here.

Great place to live. Nice building, well managed, very responsive building manager, tons of great dogs and friendly neighbours. Not to mention proximity to the Drive and Trout Lake. Very much enjoy living here.

Having lived in Vancouver for more than a decade now, I can honestly say that this has been the best place that I have lived in. The design of the apartment allows for a really good community vibe, which I know will pick up as soon as COVID-19 restrictions ease up. The staff, led by Thomas, is not only responsive to our needs but also adds a touch of genuine care for the residents' needs. The location is great as you're only a few blocks away from the Commercial-Broadway Skytrain station. Also, the views are magnificent. I don't mind working from home when my window showcases how beautiful Vancouver is.

Been living in the Conrad from day one and it has been a positive experience ever since. The building is sleek, quiet, modern and clean; the build quality is superb; there is great attention to detail in all the communal areas; the amenities are plentiful; and management takes great care in maintaining all of it. A great place for pet owners and families too. Very happy!

Things that make Conrad a fab place to live:
- stellar sunrises and view of the mountains from my apartment
- beautiful lounge area where you can host dinners and movie nights (Closed now due to Covid)
- access to gym (able to book the whole gym to myself during Covid!)
- the builder manager, Thomas, is super responsive and reliable.
- courtyard where you can bbq
- super close to Trout Lake
-pet-friendly building
-bus is right outside the building (comes quite often)
- I also love the design and layout of my studio unit (super modern!) The only complaint I have is the tiny balcony on the 6th floor. The other units have bigger balconies.

Pet friendly building with wonderful people! The area is quiet and there are several routes we take our dogs for walks on regularly. We're close to 2 parks, the skytrain station, and Commercial Drive is only a few minutes away. The building manager and building caretaker are very friendly and helpful!

I’ve lived here since last Spring. Very good building for pets, quiet neighbourhood, and the amenities are great. The building manager is really prompt with responding and resolving issues and the maintenance staff does an awesome job keeping the building clean and taken care of.

Great building and well maintained! All apartments come with in-suite washer and dryers, top of the line kitchen appliances and beautiful modern interiors. It is obvious the developers took into consideration the needs of renters. There are a variety of options for apartments from 1-3 bedroom suites, two-level above-ground 3 bedroom podium townhomes and free standing 3 to 4 bedroom townhomes.
The amenities include a dog wash station, bike storage and fixing station, courtyard with children's play area, outdoor BBQ, gym and lounge with a full kitchen and TV.
If you are looking for a comfortable place to rent.this is a great one!

My spouse, kitty and I are so happy living in this beautiful building. Great amenities, and the apartment layouts make a lot of the space. Management is responsive and the residents of the building are so friendly and respectful.
