Worst Service Ever. When we installed we explained what we needed but they upsold us on how many pads. We needed them to come out 2 times over all the years we have been with them. They were rude and agitated by the inconvenience.
When the LED pads started to fail to show the writing, we asked if they could swap the never used ones, with the frequently used. We were willing to pay however we were met with excuses and annoyance, so we gave up. I phoned to cancel today and they explained that we would have to email in.
Didn't even bother to asked WHY!
YUP.sure shows how much they care about their customers. So done.

Contact installed a new security system and cameras for me. Everything is really good quality and the staff right from Ted in sales and to the installers, everyone was prompt, on time and did a great job. I would highly recommend the whole team. Thanks everyone.

We purchased a house with an existing security system, originally installed in every door and window, by Contact Security when the house was first built. The system was created with a phone landline required but the previous owners disabled it when they went cellular only. Contact Security installed a device that allowed us to have the system monitored using cellular technology. Our installer Matt was very knowledgeable on how to connect everything and make it all work again in a short amount of time. He was efficient, friendly, patient, and walked us through the steps on how to use the system. Exceptional, professional service on his part. The entire process from first contacting them, the initial in home consultation, to the final install was a pleasure to deal with.
