Cookies Grill

Just went to Cookies in Jan 2024, Bonnie was my server and she was incredible! I had come in to try to the iced coffee flight and even though they weren’t really doing the flight at the moment she took the time to make it for me anyways and it was fantastic! Will definitely be back!:)

Food was great! The service on the other hand was probably the worst service I’ve ever had. Never quality checked us, looked annoyed when we asked for hot sauce, and threw the bill in front of me while we were still eating. We never said we were in a rush nor asked for the bill.

I came here to try the iced coffee flight and have breakfast. The flight was pretty good and the cups are a decent size, so it's value for your money. I had the power bowl and was disappointed. It was too watery. I think it's cause the spinach gave out too much moisture during the cooking process. The s'mores croffle was a better choice. The tea was very weak and tasted like water.

Service was friendly and attentive. The decor was quirky and cute

For the price it was good, tasty, it was alright. I ordered the beef dip The meat was good but cold and the cheese was not melted The Au jus was tepid. Fries were good. My husband ordered the Texas burger and realized 2 bites in he was given a different burger which was dry. Didn't want to complain because we were with the kids and they enjoyed their Texas burger.
We sat outside and the tables are pretty old and dirty looking. They could do better.

The best place in the lower mainland and Fraser valley for breakfast based on value and quality. Coffee is included with breakfast and For 17.99 you get everything but toast depending on your choice. I always get the cookies sampler. Soo good, so filling and such a reasonable price.

The chicken bacon ranch melt is a must try. It was delicious. Also their breakfast was great as well.

I always stop in here whenever I pop into town. Very quick in and out here which is great as I don’t generally have much time to sit down when on the road. Their business is food and they are very good at it. Highly recommend.

A Horrible Pot Roast & Pancake Lunch at Cookies Grill

My wife and I were at Cookies Grill for lunch today. My wife had Pot Roast and I had three Pancakes and two Eggs. The young server was nice and polite. When the Pot Roast placed on the table first time, there were only two pieces of roast, two potatoes, a few carrots and a fragment of celery in the bowl. The two pieces of roast were extremely tough. My wife tried to cut them up with a table knife but they were so tough that she could not cut the roast into pieces. We called the waiter over. It took him aback and he agreed that the roast was tough to cut and hard to eat. He took the roast back to the kitchen and asked for advice. A minute later, the waiter came back with a suggestion from the chef that the kitchen would cut the two pieces of tough roast into small pieces with a kitchen knife and fork. When the Pot Roast was placed onto the table second time, the pieces of roast were still very tough to eat and the carrots were not cooked well enough. I tried my pancakes. They were overcooked. The pancakes had a layer of bottom skin which was tough to cut through. Again, we showed the pancake issues to the waiter and were told that this was the second such complaint today. We asked the waiter to make the chef aware that though the Pot Roast was cut into pieces but it definitely required more time to cook as the carrots were not cooked well and the pancakes were inedible.

The lunch was very disappointing though we received 50% off the bill as the pancakes were sent back and not reordered. We tipped the waiter well despite the food being extremely poor. The waiter provided excellent service to the best of his ability.

It was sad to tell that my wife had stomach discomfort and pain when she returned home.

Great food and fabulous service by Bonnie our server. She had such a positive a attitude and kept the coffee topped up constantly. Thanks Bonnie! We will ne back

Delicious, creative menu. Through some sorcery, their orange creamsicle pancakes taste exactly like orange creamsicles.

Always our go to spot when on the way to cultus lake from Vancouver. Worth the drive. Lots of options. Best breakfast food.

This place is awesome! Everything is as homemade and very high quality. In fact I’d say the eggs benny with smoked salmon was better than I’ve had in downtown Calgary. Exceptional service from Vyness

Loved the relax, friendly, laid back atmosphere of this place. Very friendly service all around. They have a large menu to choose from so beware of all the choices you'll have to make! (In a good way of course!). I decided on the Schnitzel Cordon Swiss and it was delicious! Got it with a side of fries and a garden salad but there are other options to choose from. Will need to go back and try their other options when I'm back in the area.

I recently visited Cookies Grill in Chilliwack for breakfast and was surprised by the large portions they served. I ordered the breakfast burrito, which came with a choice of potato and toast. The burrito was flavorful and satisfying. My wife tried the breakfast sampler, which turned out to be enough for two people. My wife, who is quite picky about sausages, really enjoyed the breakfast sausages. Overall, Cookies Grill exceeded our expectations with their generous portions and tasty breakfast options. It's definitely a great spot to satisfy your morning hunger cravings!
