There is absolutely no complain about the service. Friendly receptionist, fast response to the site, experienced technician knew exactly what the problem was and had it fixed within minutes. Not only that, the technician explained what the problem was so as to prevent such things would happen in the future. Great job.

These guys are the real deal. From pre sale support from Sebastian to project management from Francisco, they were clear, thorough, and professional. Pre sales estimate was very detailed, questions were answered quickly, and steps taken to ensure expectations were managed. During installation, daily progress updates were provided with photos which was helpful. The crew was polite and professional and took every step to protect the property. I had many estimates done prior to selection, and went with the company that I felt would deliver without surprises. I made the right choice.

I did call few local contractors for the gutter repairs. Cooper Roofing responded back quickly and provided me with on the spot estimations. Also technician came on time for the job next day! Super great customer service and easy to work with. Highly recommend them for any gutter issues or replacement.

Their emergency service response was reasonably fast following an insane rain/wind storm. Brian the service worker solved the problem, took before and after photos. He also provided tips on spots to look out for and Vancouver weather specific pointers as well with no high pressure upsell

I was very happy with the service. Brian was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained what needed to be done and what didn’t. The team got the job done on time and on budget, and even helped to replace a few lightbulbs that were hard to reach!

With the rains that came in the end of October, our roof sprung a leak. Less than 500 ml of water per day was coming in, which we were able to get a bucket underneath at the source.

We called Cooper Roofing and they were able to send Brian first thing the following morning. Brian showed up right at 8: 30. Our leak was a little tricky, as the water was traveling some distance under the roof. Brian persisted, and was able to find a very likely suspect. While he was on the roof, he gave us a free assessment of the roof condition in general, which was really nice.

A few days later, we were able to test the fix with a new storm, and the leak was gone!

Thanks to Brian and Cooper Roofing! Cooper will definitely be the first place we call when we're looking for a replacement in the years to come!

Professional and knowledgeable - Cooper did a wonderful job in replacing the roof on my mom's 100-yr old house. Cold weather and heavy rain followed and we noticed an issue. Cooper was there the same day. Brian took the time and was thorough in determining what the cause might be. His knowledge beyond roofing came in handy and it was determined that it was the plumbing:)
