Great if you happen to go when responsible owners are there. Sometimes there are too many aggressive dogs whose owners think the behaviours is playful (even though it's scaring other dogs).

Right beside the seawall walk and the bridge. This is a beautiful and relaxing place with quick access to amenities (shops and restaurants are just down the block) and covering in case it rains (literally a bridge right beside).

Down the bicycle path and across from Cooper's dog park, this is a beautiful grassy area facing the inlet and docks

There's a basketball court and 2 ping pong tables right under the bridge, and entrance to the bridge is right by the park as well

Great spot to avoid rain and spend the day outside. It’s completely covered by the cambie bridge, so you can enjoy this park anytime of year. The basketball court is a bit dated and needs new netting but it’s a very convenient court. I also wish they had another court since it’s usually pretty busy.

It is a perfect place to go with your dog. People around is very kind and friendly and your dog gets to spend some quality time alongside some other cute dogs! They also have a playground for kids and the view from there is beautiful!

Coppers is on the seawall northern side of false creek next to cambie Bridge and has a play ground, basketball court, stake board area, dog off leash area thats not fence in. Its also besides residential homes and businesses. Some areas to sit

It's not a bad playground. It is tired and needs a freshen up. There are signs posted that it will get a freshen up, when that will happen time will only tell. Parking is very premium, you may have to walk a little. Take in the scenery of false Creek if you do.

I love this park during the summer. It tends to be a less busy park where I can do my movement and acro-yoga practice. It is also a great spot to lay out under a tree and read a book, or lay in the sun and get a tan. It is right next to a basketball court and a dog park. It fronts to False Creek and you can watch the boats and kayakers go by.

Nice park in the Yaletown area in the downtown area of Vancouver. It has a large grass area to relax on and sometimes you can see people with dogs in the area as well. It has nice water views and is along the water walkway that goes along the Vancouver waterway.

Has an off leash dog area, another area with pretty Akebono cherry blossoms in April, hosts start line for Dragon Boat Festival races - otherwise just a nice neighborhood amenity

Dog parks are always fun. There are a few holes and sometimes it's muddy. Also there is no fence. The city is currently accepting suggestions for improvement to this park.

Coopers' Park is a great sunny day experience. You can jog, walk, cycle, basketball, suntan, picnic, walk dogs (off leash area is there). The views of the south side of False Creek are great. Close to restaurants of all type, it is transit accessible, and family friendly. About the only thing I can mark it down for is the lack of shady areas. There is one under the CambieBridge, but not super inviting. It is just a park, but it is in an area of Vancouver that desperately needs one.

Great place downtown to chill under the bridge, shoot some hoops or have a glass of wine on the boulevard

The grass is pretty torn up after winter but the park is a nice size and in a convenient location along the sea wall.
14 March 2020 11:33
It s the best place for dog wakers. There is some playgrounds which children and adults can have fun and joy there.

So many memories of this place, due to a childhood filled with Saturdays spent at the sawmill shooting rats and exploring the wonders of a mill and cooperage, to the dismantling of massive industrial age coopering machines, to the raising of the dome roof of BC Place, to working at the Unicorn throughout Expo 86 with so many wonderful people, to the opening of such a splendid park, this place is too special for words.

Off leash dog park. It's not fenced in at all and is lined by a bike path. It's mostly mud since people let their dogs tear up the grass and dig. Beautiful location right on the water tho

A hidden gem of a dog-park. It’s secluded and has a large dirt field that makes it soft on your dog’s feet.

It feels secluded however it is quite open, so keep an eye out if your dog doesn’t have great recall.

My favourite park to go to on my lunch breaks or just for a walk. Really nice views, lots of pretty boats and the occasional sea creature sighting!

Weather was really good. It was drizzling and cool. I walked for an hour around and liked it really much. One side is high rising building and other side is water front with yachts and boats.

Fun off leash dog park area. Lots of locals and visitors come here with their dogs. The water fountain and art installation combination is very charming.

In summer it's a excellent place for take a rest, or the sun. Even take some pictures of the bay

Nice area for a walk around False Creek. The neighbourhood is still waiting for final development.

Tucked in under the bridge so this is a nice covered spot on light rainy days, or a shady spot on hot sunshiney day. Can get busy on school days as a local private school uses it as playground space, but they are well supervised and well mannered for the most part. Two levels of playspace geared toward different age groups makes it fun for everyone.
