Copper Mug Pub doesn’t disappoint, I was really surprised how amazing their spicy pasta was!

It's always a pleasant visit at The Copper Mug! It was fairly busy.took a few mins to be served, but the service was fantastic as usual! The food was delicious!

Waitress staff is good however I question if they're shorting on poured liquor drinks. Several times I suspected the double I order is not a true double. Either their bar tender is shorting, the waitress is shorting or it's the dispenser. Either way not a good thing. That's ripping customers off.

Delicious ceasars. Food was very good and arrived very quickly. Service was absolutely top notch.

We didn’t have any food but the Atmoshpere was great! We came from out of town and wanted to go to a bar for a drink, ended up staying for music trivia night and it was awesome! Wish could come here more!

Best pub food in Penticton. Great staff and management. Friday's are a ton of fun with James doing music trivia, Thursdays wings special never disappoints. Where the locals prefer to go

They segregate people they like and that they don't like. I can't say I like it there anymore.

Everything was great except the wait for service - took 15 mins before we were even approached but the pub was busy and only 2 servers so was understandable. Both food and service in general was good - basic good old pub fare served hot and beer was ice cold, just what we were looking for.

Last night's dinners were awesomely delicious. I had fish tacos, my partner had beef dip, my brother had pasta and his girlfriend had a steak sandwich. They all were large portions and every bite was super tasty. The atmosphere is extremely comfortable.

Pretty sad when last call is 845 on a Saturday night.closing early.waitress has an emergency.and then the managers friends come in.new party keeps getting served.wont be back

I went with a group of friends to enjoy an evening of music trivia. My beer tasted like the lines hadn't been cleaned in a really long time (I work in the industry.). When we first walked in, they treated my friend who was in a wheelchair with so much disrespect. We asked for a different server because Tara, the server, was drunk and flashing her breasts and dancing on tables being incredibly unprofessional. The server that we switch to was new and she was amazing. I don't think I will be going back. I feel bad for the new girl because she was having to serve the co-workers tables because she was too drunk to

My favorite pub in Penticton. If you want the best burger in town, order the Cooper Mug Burger. I always have to take half home. HUGE, fresh beef and all the fixing. Everything on the menu is great. Amazing staff. Love all the servers. They all seem to remember you and your drink order. I didn't go in for two years during Covid and Brandy remembered my drink order, love that girl.

Stopped here randomly. Looking for high class and fancy menu's.try the earl's.if you're looking for a place to watch the game eat some good food, then you gotta check this place out. Went in on a Ceasars special day and left very inebriated. Also what luck! Prime rib special Only thing one could ask for is service and in a packed bat our server was on point! Check it out folks

If I could give zero stars I would. I was there Friday night with friends and the waitress was rude and discrimated our friend who is in a power wheel chair. She tried sitting us in a section with a step to get to and told us to lift him up it and the laughed.
The same waitress was dancing on the table, inappropriate to some of our male friends, and at one point was kissing a patron.
When we called to report her the manager did not seem to care.

It was a wonderful evening! Great food great service, wonderful waitress. It was music trivia night so it was lots of fun. Grist time out we could get up and dance, with a mask. What a wonderful evening out! Turns out, our group ended up winning the $100.00 music trivia prize!

Nick the bartender is a lovely Human being, Friendly and welcoming and just has a genuinely good hearted positive energy about her

I attended many events at the mug both personal and work related. I was very disappointed in the portion sizes of my take home order. I usually don’t complain but I feel the quality has really gone down hill.

Good service. Great Friday special at a reasonable price. COVID protocol followed in a friendly way. Look forward to going back to try something else.

Old style beer parlour atmosphere, but the food is great. Excellent wings and Greek salad. In fact everything I have tried here has been surprising.

Spring rolls were awful! Clubhouse sandwich was really good and burger was ok. Service was good & quick.

Good meal, all the food was served hot and in a timely manner. Good service and nice atmosphere.

Neat old place. Est. 1974 and the menu looks the same as when they opened. Service was meh. But a cute pub. I'd go back.

The Copper Mug is a Penticton icon. Generations have gone to enjoy the food and people. The food is exceptional, the service always amazing.

Four of us went here for a QUICK meal as we had to get back to Kamloops to visit family. Needless to say 2 HOURS later our food arrived & to top it all off, our nachos were BURNED to a CRISP! We missed quality family time as we arrived too late! We will NEVER COME BACK HERE!

Great service, good food, and maybe I'm picky but I'm not that crazy about their selection of beers on tap. Tastes are personal though, so don't listen to me!

Great place, great food. I come here one a month because the servers are all super good at their jobs, the food is great and at a great price. I wish all pubs were like this. The only problem is that sometimes they’re so busy the place can fill up fast.

Great food, great service and a really cool environment! They have trivia nights and live music once in a while! 10/10 would recommend

The bathroom needs to be redone it has a smell to it like mould. But good place for a group to have a beer. Good service too

A shopping and full fun day wouldn't be the same without a lunch at the Copper Mug. Great food, fun atmosphere and great location.

There are people in this town that are visually impaired that would really like this place if it were not so dark. When you want dark walls, guess what? You NEED brighter lights. If you want dim lighting, Hello.you NEED lighter coloured walls. Otherwise the service is great. Except.it is hard to see the menu, so we didn't order food. But we DID enjoy the family and friends.

Great Caesars that come with a big dill pickle. Standard pub fare and good pizza. Chill pub vibe and good place to watch sports

I have always loved this place. Always had good service and great food. There is a tv everywhere playing one game or another. Good atmosphere tongo with friends.
