I am 25 and my only two wisdom teeth was extracted last Thursday. The whole process only lasted for less than an hour and the pain only lasted for one day. I went to ski on Saturday, did gym exercise on the Sunday & Monday, and ate meat on Tuesday day! Amazing!

I have been very happy making the switch to Copersmith Dental! The entire staff are friendly and helpful, but I must say that Aleena is an outstanding hygienist! She is very delicate and constantly checks in to make sure that I’m comfortable and ok! Thank you Aleena for taking such good care!

5 stars for this dental clinic! Everyone I’ve encountered there has been super friendly: from the front office staff to the dentist, dental hygienist & dental assistants. The location is easy to get to, with plenty of parking, and the clinic is pristine, has a nice welcoming feel and cutting edge equipment. Everyone is knowledgeable and they let you know what is happening at each step of the process. They provide you with the plan of action right away after the exam, however there is no pressure. I would highly recommend especially for those with anxiety, just because they are all so nice and will make you feel at ease the moment you arrive!

Excellent, warm service as is your tradition.loved the explanations and thought Alison Ramsay. First class.the new device used for my “ machine scaling” had an added benefit for me.there was very little senstitivity.always certain areas were sensttive. I wonder if this is an added aspect of this equipment.

I understand that the technical expertise while using this device is paramount.in this regard I think Alison should offer her considered suggestions on the equipment’s design to the manufacturer on behalf of the clinic and research. Maybe a sponsored patient satisfaction scaled questionaire would be useful to the company and by association the clinic.

I personally think that if there is a perception of decreased pain, this is worth review. And then this new procedure is valuable for patients.

Stop Trying to Sell me Optional treatment and services.
I am considering changing away from Coppersmith Dental. They continually push me for treatment, x-ray, mouthguard. What is necessary, what isn't, this place always maximize my insurance.

I was a regular and good patient for over 7 years! Twice a year cleanings, bonding and Invisalgn braces. They were wonderful! They have changed to a new manager who made me feel that my business is not valued! So I have canceled my appointments and will no longer be getting my implants there!
Too bad, because I liked the new hygenist Aleena

I get charged extra here for doing some tooth work as my insurance coverage doesn’t cover it all. They said I’m % covered but I go home with a bill of an extra $14.80 or more. Same as my son. It’s the principle here, and I don’t want to keep paying extra because they did 4 bitewing xrays instead of 2 as allowed by my insurance. My old dentist will waive extra charges so I’m thinking we should go back.

Dr. Kaur and all of the staff are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I'm beyond satisfied with how I was treated as a patient, a person and a consumer. I wish I'd gone here sooner, because they take great care of you.

Dr kaur and the support staff are amazing they really are concerned about the patients health and welfare she is fantastic i feel she may be the best in vancity no elitism or panic rush to get me out of the chair she was amazin

Had to get a emergency tooth extraction and they got me in ASAP. Amazing an happy to have them as a local dentistry I'll go to again.

Dr. Kaur was incredible today. She was calm, caring and very accommodating when I could not use the dental dam for a filling. She took her time and explained everything so that I could feel more relaxed and we were able to proceed. I'm thrilled that Dr. Kaur is on the Coppersmith Dental team!

I needed A CBCT Scan & a Panoramic X-Ray taken for a dental treatment I was having out of country. I called & asked Coppersmith Dental Centre if they were able to perform both scans, and Yes, they could. I was booked for the very next day.
I was greeted at the front desk by a fully masked Coppersmith Dental employee who took my temperature & went over the standard dental office questionnaire. The wait time was minimal, I was in and out within a half hour.
Coppersmith Dental produced a CD for my personal files, sent the Panoramic X-ray to me by email. The CBCT Scan is too large for email transfer & must be sent by a file transfer system. I had no idea how I was going to send the CBCT Scan to my other dentist. Without even asking if they could help me to transfer the CBCT Scan, I was told they would transfer the file for me.
I was very impressed with the genuine hospitality shown to me and to other patients, while in Coppersmith Dental Centre waiting room. The ability & eagerness to understand & rectify any concerns I seem to have

Lots of great service here from the front desk to the hygienists and dentists, they were able to fit me in for an emergency on the same day. I've been going with Dr. Tang for a few years and I've been happy with the more extensive procedures as he has a good eye for the cosmetic details. Have had no complaints here and have recommended this place to friends and family!

The clinic is well equipped. Dr. Raymond Tang is a very nice, kind, gentle, patient dentist who explains the tooth implant procedure, conditions and fees in details to me. In the surgery he minds that I do not feel pain. After the surgery he answers my telephone call addressing my concern. His assistant is a cheerful lady who makes me relaxed and sends me the X-ray pictures.

I really appreciate the excellent treatment at Coppersmith Dental. From reception to the dental assistants and Dr. Hovan everyone is caring and kind!

This dental office is a team who work as such from the administrative staff to the dental hygienists to the dentists. From the moment you walk in until the time that you leave they treat you like family. Each person in the office care deeply about their patients and take the time to explain procedures all of the options and ensure that your choices fit best with your circumstances. I love these guys and would recommend them to anyone! Sometimes I honestly feel like I’m more of a spa than at the dentist. I can’t count the times that this group have gone above and beyond for me and my family and I want to thank them!

I had a very positive experience here and I couldn't recommend this place enough. I haven't seen a dentist in over 5 years at least due to my previous one moving away and me losing family coverage.they were very inviting and friendly, explaining everything to me and didn't push me to do anything I couldn't afford.after my teeth were cleaned they made time to extract a wisdom tooth that had been causing me pain, and the procedure was incredibly painless and easy.it's hard to enjoy going to the dentist, but the experience I had here made it so; makes me proud to be a new patient.if you're looking for a new dentist, look no farther!

The staff here are so kind and lovely to speak with. I would highly reccomend them! I love their more advanced technology when it comes to their 3D renderings of my teeth and they took the time to explain to me not just what I needed to do to keepy teeth healthy, but also why each step is so important and backed it up with images of my teeth and digital renderings. Love them!

I have always hated going to the dentist but this was the best experience I've had thus far! I was pampered with a paraffin wax treatment and Natalie was gentle but thorough. No more dreading dental cleanings!

The team is great, especially Lexys with her warm and welcoming personality. Dr. Tang did a fantastic job with my tooth implant, made the process smooth as possible. I am almost finished with my procedures, and I can't wait to see the results!

Today I had a check up with Dr. Erica Gyamfi and cleaning with hygienist Ava. Dr. Gyamfi took excellent care of me, she answered all my questions in depth and did a thorough examination of my teeth. She is a great dr. I highly recommend her! My cleaning also was an amazing service! I felt relaxed and calm during the whole process while Ava cleaned my teeth. My teeth look and feel immaculate and I am super happy. Can’t wait for my next apt.
