Coquitlam College

Staff is really very rude if someone goes to them for help they never have a smile on there face and they talk very rude.i have asked so many students about their experience with staff and they say same thing. Even when we go to counsellor for help about courses, they just directly say this is what we can do. And another thing every semester sinse i joined this collage not all students get their demanded course they just say this what they can do, so shameleess staff. If i talk about environment of collage it stinky when you just enter in the building you will feel like stink and washroom are always out of order. There is no negative rating otherwise i would give them a negative rating. To be honest i really feel so ashmed i took this collage.

They are just showing us unprofessional behaviour as we are getting trouble in getting courses
They are just making excuses and now the semester is on but we didn’t get any of the course and i am part time now and can’t work as well I’m getting a huge problem here due to this college
It was my biggest mistake to choose this campus it’s not for helping students this college is just doing business just collecting a huge amount of money through students

The college is good teachers are really nice and helpful but ADVISORS are really RUDE. They are supposed to help students but they do not. They don’t understand the situation they just do a formality to meet students. Its really in need to be improves. They should be nice and understanding towards the students.

Rude office staff. They even don’t try to help and talk in a rude tone. Worst college in my opinion.

Jennie Park Office of Registrar- Worst Person I have ever dealt in my life. Very rude Lady.
Omg I don’t know why college hired her even. She doesn’t know how to talk to someone and no communication skills. Very very rude. I can’t explain in words how come someone can be frustrated in the morning. Not even spoke her once. Spoke to her 3 times. Everytime I ignored her behaviour but this time I actually informed her she should work on her skills and let others speak as well. Every time I try to speak she always cut across very rudely. She did not let me speak. When I asked that can i speak you are not listening me. She said well you are already speaking. Very very rude to say something like that when you are professional hired in the college. Even though she was not letting me speak at all. I hope she should get some lessons or learn some soft skills that how how to speak to others and to your students. Language barrier is the another problem for her.

I don’t have the zero option beacause one star is very big thing for the Office management they are very bad they don’t know how to speak with student really they don’t have any manners and behave like they are uneducated.

I hope there is an option for 0 star. This is the worst college ever. If you don’t want to waste your time, money and efforts then don’t come here. The staff is too rude. There counsellor don’t know how to talk. They are very rude. They never gonna accept their mistake. They job is to help student but they don’t do. They just want money they are vey greedy people.

Don’t choose this school if you have other options.

Alot of the teachers are nice and supportive, some are bad at teaching but the majority weren’t too bad.
There is very little diversity in students, and I found so many of them being extremely disrespectful of their peers and teachers. If you have a hard time socializing then it’s extremely unlikely you’ll make any friends at this school.
Help and resources seem limited for students. If you’re struggling then a lot of times you have to figure it out yourself. Office management is also very bad.
