After waiting over 3 months on help with my feet and toenails i saw dr Masson. My feet and toenails have been sore and wanted to get some help on how to fix them. All dr Masson said was i didnt have any nail infection. He tried to hurry me out of the office and i hever got any info on what to do for sore toenails. Being diabetic, i am very careful with my feet. Dr. Masson didnt help me with any info and i came out of office unsatisfied after paying $80.00 for the visit. No other referral was given to me and i left the office very unsatisfied!

Excellent services provided both at the front desk by receptionist and by Dr. Masson. A caring service was always provided to me and, additionally noted, was the excellent approach by receptionist to all patients.

I would highly recommend this clinic.

PS. I am always critical of service providers who have poor services to offer, and as such, they could take a leaf out of Coquitlam Podiatry's book for excellence in services provided.

We have been their patient for about four years. Dr. Masson is a nice doctor and very professional, but his front desk personnel are not very friendly. We never missed an appointment all these years. In the summer, we were out of the country and didn't receive the reminder on our phones. Upon return, we contacted them to book an appointment, but we were told that since we had missed the appointment, we would have to pay a $100 fine. We never confirmed any appointment as we didn't receive the reminder. We were told we had to change our podiatrist after being with them for more than 4 years. Extremely disappointed but we will find another podiatrist.
