Ordered 3 times within a couple months, and every time a failure!

1st time - Food is delivered over an hour late, no call or update, food is cold now, 1x dish is made incorrectly, and to top if off, no sauces, no fortune cookies, no chop sticks.

2nd time - had to fight just to get the screwed up order last time discounted even with so many failures. Then only to find a metal staple in one of the dishes! Luckily didnt tear my mouth open, could've been bad! Kitchen Fail!

3rd time - my fault for even ordering after 2x let downs, but i am about 2nd chances.this time a young guy on phone, terrible customer service, takes my order, says 40mins delivered, I have to call back 1.5hrs later, and he just gives me bad attitude, and says ". Oh your order didnt get made. ", no offering, no sorry, just terrible attitude and customer service! After voicing my displeasure, he has the nerve to offer me 10% off next order! That doesn't even cover a tip! And now I have a hangry family, no food in the house after being away, and grocery stores are closed.

Unbelievable bad experiences. Do not go to this business!

Honestly the best Chinese food ever. The peppering Szechuan chicken is amazing so are the wonton in spicy garlic sauce. The lady that regularly serves us is great too.

Went here with my girlfriend to try a new chinese place on LoLo and can't fault it. Food was delicious and even though they were super busy with delivery orders, our service wasn't forgotten. A chill atmosphere for a friday night chinese.

I ordered a war wonton soup and found it to be too starchy for my taste and it lacked flavour. Since I ate it at home I was able to add hot water and soy sauce to enhance it. The fish and vegetables seemed overcooked, as if they had been sitting on the stove for too long. I used to always enjoy their wonton but last few times it has been disappointing.

It has been years since I last came here. I guess they have new owners and the food does not taste the same as before which I use to really enjoyed. Their schechuan beef was too salty and it was sour which was weird. They use to be busy but I guess everyone thinks the same and they have gone downhill. Positive note is the price and portions are good. They just need to change back their recipe to before, if they want to be better.

I had a Mongolian Beef lunch and it was ok. No more Won-Tan Soup because they need to charge $1.25. (That’s what I was told).

Our usual go to for home delivery, they are always very polite on the phone and delivery is quite fast. The food is good but could use a bit of improvement. Chicken chow mein could have more chicken in it. Won ton soup is good!

Shocking, not fit for human consumption!
The only thing I know for certain is the lids on the tub of MSG and Five Spice are missing!

I wish I could give this place no stars. The cashier was so incredibly rude and gave me racist vibes. I ordered chicken at the Chicko Chicken restaurant next door (which was really good). I went here to order a spring roll. Me just coming into this restaurant felt like a problem because upon entry the cashier said "what do you want? ". I should've left then but I proceeded to order some spring rolls and that seemed like a problem. Then she heads to the back and based on how the other Chinese patron was looking at me I could tell that cashier was in the back talking about me. After I got my order I felt so uncomfortable with the entire interaction that i trashed it. Black people avoid this restaurant!

Really great food and reasonable prices. Anytime we are in north van we get something to eat. The dinner for 4 is actually enough for 4, and some leftovers for lunch next day. It has all our favorite dishes the ginger beef is superb. Everything cooked and seasoned to perfection, not greasy or too salty like other places

Amazing! A bit rustic to dine in however the flavor of the food was absolutely amazing! I will definitely be going back.green beans cooked perfectly.

To begin with one star is too many, if I could have given less I would have. I used to frequent the Coral Court up until about 5 years ago. Since then I haven’t spent much time in North Van. We decided to “order in” for Mother’s Day and ordered online through the website, take out was stated as 35 minutes and delivered was 65 minutes. After almost 2 hours and not being able to get through on the phone we drove over and found our food sitting packed up on a table. When I inquired how long it had been sitting I was told it had just been put there. We had already paid for the delivery which included a generous tip on the website and I was expecting a good meal. I was mistaken. The ginger beef was almost black and as dry as beef jerky, everything was warm or cold. Disappointed does not even begin to cover it, the Coral Court is not a shadow of what it was just a few years ago. I won’t be back, ever!

The food is good but good luck trying to get a hold of them to place an order. Both their website and over the phone are poorly run.

Wor wonton soup wasnt really a soup. More like gravy and not broth. Ginger beef was also cooked beyond recognition.

Got violently sick, roughly around 4 hours of eating from this place. Definitely something that my body is rejecting from our take out order. I think the chicken balls

Found bits of vinyl gloves in my sweet & sour pork. Gross. Disgusting. Preventable. Looking forward to hearing from the manager/owner for some compensation or discount or something!

Our second time ordering from Coral Court and we have decided it will now be our go-to Chinese. We have tried several places in north van and Coral Court is our favourite. Delicious flavorful dishes and large portions at a great price! So yummy.

We have ordered from Coral Court several times and been really happy with the food, the prices and the service. The last two times have been terrible on all fronts. They recently changed their online ordering and it is confusing and misleading. The prices have gone up.like way up. What used to cost $30 is now $35. The brochures they dropped off in my condo building about a month or so ago do not match their online offerings or prices. The food quality has gone way down. Way to much salt to hide the lack of flavour. My advice is to pass on this place. Not sure if ownership has changed and that is the reason for the downward slide.

The food was slightly modified to adapt to western appetite, a little sweeter than original Szechuan dishes but not that spicy. The portion was very generous, the packed food fed me for another two meals. The dishes were well cooked. This Chinese restaurant is sure to get above 4.5 stars even in Richmond. I'll be glad to pay another visit next time.

食物略有改进以适应西方人的胃口，比地道的四川菜甜一点，但没有那么辣。 份量非常充足，打包的食物让我又吃了两顿饭。 火候掌握得很好。 就算在Richmond这个餐馆也会有4星半以上的评分。我会很乐意再次光临。

A small Chinese restaurant understandably with more take-out orders than dine-in ctmrs. Whenever the door opened, cold air rushed into the dining area which was super uncomfortable! Food’s delicious despite a bit salty to my liking. With more comfortable options on the North Shore, don’t think we’ll visit again.

They made a mistake on my order, and instead of fixing it or replacing it, they just said sorry, nothing we can do

Actually a 4.5 star rating, because rating it only a 4.0 wouldn't of been fair. Food was very fresh and tasty, service was fast. I hadn't ordered from here in many years, so was pleasantly surprised with the quality. I'll go back.

Ordered food from here and it was not good food at all. I had ordered the sechuan chicken and salted prawns with veggie fried rice. The chicken was chewy and absolutely terrible. The prawns were not deveined gross and also very overdone and chewy. The fried rice was okay but have had way better. I’m not sure how they got so many good reviews. In my opinion this food was pretty bad. Save your money and eat somewhere else.

One of the dishes I ordered was the Dai Ching Chow Mein. The noodles were undercooked and crunchy, therefore inedible.
The other 2 dishes were very good, but it was a little bit pricy.

Edit: didn't know that dai Ching was supposed to be crunchy. Had the menu said that, we wouldn't have ordered that. When I called to let them know, all they said was "sorry you didn't know".
Obviously never going back

Everything is so delicious and fresh tasting, especially the honey garlic pork. The staff are always friendly when I pick up my order.

Delicious hot and sour soup, customizable lunch specials freshly made that is bang for your buck $10 with so many options that I often can’t decide. One of the best Chinese places in the North Shore!

I ordered from Coral Court for the first time yesterday. When I placed the order it said it would be delivered within 45 minutes but it came in 25 min. The delivery driver was wearing a mask. The food was really delicious. It wasn't greasy. The ginger beef was crispy and perfectly done. The sweet and sour pork didn't have any fat or gristle like many restaurants serve. It was tender. I liked the handwritten note. We will order again!

Good food and friendly staff. I loved the way they packed the food and inside those boxes there was tremendous flavors

Had dinner there a few days ago, horrible, can’t even begin to describe how horrible everything was. Bad food dirty dishes.

Not much I can say about the place since my experience was abysmal. Food was poorly made with one dish even appearing to be microwaved. Server was very rude when confronted. Never going again.

Spicy string beans, must have been pre-made and sitting on a pot for a while, were soggy and mushy. All I tasted was just soy sauce.

It's a sunny BC Day holiday, so took Dad out for lunch to North Vancouver as it may be less people there. Also heard this place is under new management, as we are visiting sister (she lives in North Shore) afterwards, it became a first choice. It was only a short drive of about 13 minutes from near the PNE. It's an unpretentious little place but with ample menu items. We chose Chicken Chow Mein, Dry Spicy Green Beans and Green Peppers and Black Bean Sauce Chicken. All dishes were good size and flavourful with wok qi. It passed the Daddy test and will be our new go to place. Friendly service, fresh ingredients and one feels their respect for food and what they do. Amituofo!
