One of the standout features of Cornerstone College is its diverse and inclusive community. This college only cares for selling diplomas to international students and taking the money. My bad experience is with the accounting department. According to them I didn't pay 3 K CAD, which is not true. I sent several times emails such the account department as well as my Agency (NEXT GOAL) and their answer: Everything is fine you shouldn't have any problem. At the end I did have a problem.
REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE

CICCC is an excellent choice for ESL and post-secondary education. The staff is incredibly passionate about helping students succeed both academically and personally while studying abroad. The college is always seeking opportunities for growth in its specialized industries, reflecting its commitment to staying progressive.

What sets CICCC apart is its belief in the quality of education, evident in the fact that many students are hired as staff members after completing their studies. As a member of the CICCC family, I can confidently say that the supportive environment and dedication to students make it a standout institution.

It's worth noting that, due to the high volume of students CICCC accommodates each year, individual experiences may vary. When reading reviews, it's essential to consider this factor and approach opinions with a grain of salt. Overall, I am proud to be part of the CICCC community.

Cornerstone is your go-to for ESL and co-op diploma courses. I can proudly say that our staff members are all about your success and engaged in giving students nothing but the best Canadian experience possible. In addition to that, the college is constantly innovating and keeping up with new initiatives and technologies in our specialized fields. Most of our staff members are former students so that proves our quality in many ways. As a proud member, I love to see the support and dedication across all school departments. Fair to say that since we have over 3000 students, experiences and opinions may vary, always be aware of that when reading reviews.

It was my worst experience studying there, they never help the student, the costumer service was bad and they have too many communication problems, I had other expectations of at least being able to speak English with my classmates but they didn't speak English yet and they were taking the intermediate level, no.choose this school

Terrible service, I really asked for a refund and under the.rules and they did not proceed, please do not come here

This college gives you a good service but only before you make a payment. After making your first payment they take so long to reply your emails or give you any solution.

Unfortunately, my visa was refused and it’s been almost two months since I requested my refund which I have the right to ask, according to their refund policy. Their refund policy says the money will be deposited within 30 days. This college doesn’t even follow their own policies.

Also, when I requested my refund I gave them a bank account to deposit the money on this account, however, I received an email twice that the money was deposited to the agency and that this agency has my money. I texted the agency named Latin Wise, which I have been told the counselor is Karina Miranda, and this agency does not even respond to my text.

If you are planning to enroll yourself to any of their programs, think about it before you do it.

Sorry guys, I would love to leave a better review but I have to be honest with those reading this. I started with high expectations at this school, but from the beginning they have only caused me problems. Once the Visa was approved, I sent my documents about 4 times, however, they kept stating that they did not receive anything even though I shared the Gmail and Applyboard screenshots. On the last day of the deadline they said I would lose my spot, I wrote again to both my advisor and the 2 other emails and they responded 3 days later apologizing and telling me that this weekend I would receive access and I could choose my schedule. On September 23, I went to the school in person and the guy at the reception told me, amazed, that MY PAPERS STILL DIDN'T APPEAR in the system! And that if they didn't send me the accesses I should go first thing on Monday and get in touch as soon as possible (My class starts that same Monday the 25th), today is Sunday the 24th and I'm still waiting for the accesses and they still haven't sent me anything, I don't know who What time should I go to my class, I don't even know if they are playing with me, but everything seemed like an absolute disorder to me.

My husband also had problems with them, we made the payment from my account and although on the paper it said that the payment was for him, it took them 3 weeks to generate the acceptance letter because the process had to be done with a "wallet" and apparently they did not notice that I paid for my entire course and that what I was paying was part of my partner's course.

Anyway, I hope that my review improves, that the classes are incredible and that the processes with them are much more organized, because it seems very sad to have such high expectations and see that they have not met any of them.

Worst place ever i'm trying to take my money back and it's been FOUR months. They didn't even started anything by now. DO NOT pay a single penny more than registration fee.

Poor customer service once you sign up they stop following your process "they are always busy" and if you change your mind or have any doubts they simply won't refund your money.

Please read this before you apply! I would never recommend this school to anyone, there are better ways to get Canadian experience! I'm not sure about the ESL program, but I took two of their classes and it was such a waste of money. There were no books; everything was only on slides. For Business, one teacher taught everything for the whole six months. For Marketing, it changed every month, but everything they taught was only surface-level information that you could easily find through Google/ YouTube. I believe all they care about is money from students, additionally, the receptionist at the main campus was rude. One thing they always try to sell is the co-op program, claiming they will help you find jobs that fit your program. However, believe me, you end up having to apply yourself; they just give you the hiring contact info, and it's usually for minimum wage jobs in retail or restaurants. I wish I had gone to another private college or paid more for a public school. I really don't recommend it for anyone who actually wants to learn and study, especially fresh graduates from high school, because you end up with nothing. The only good thing is that you can make new friends in Canada, which I’m still catching up with them every month and most alumni agreed with all the above statement. Many of them found jobs in different industries by applying themselves or ended up taking classes from other schools and pursue other path. Remember this school is not eligible for PGWP, so you have to find your own way after you graduate. Also, no graduation ceremony or anything, they will just send you a certificate through email.

I’m writing to express my discomfort with the service I have received from the College. As a customer, I expected a certain level of professionalism and attention to detail, but unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing.

Firs and foremost, I sent an email expressing my desire of changing representative to move forward with my application. I believe that as a customer I have the right to choose the agency I consider will handle my process responsibly. However, I received an email from an student advisor which name is Adriana Ortega, saying that I had to do my process with an specific agency. To be honest, I felt kind of forced to do a process with this agency named Latin Wise.

I would like to emphasize that I’m not trying to be difficult or overly critical, but rather express my disappointment with the customer service I have received. For this reason, I decided to look for options in other colleges. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to your service.

I’m writing this to express my disappointment with the customer service I received from Adriana Ortega at the marketing department in the College. I had an interaction with Adriana Ortega on April 3rd, and I was extremely dissatisfied with her behavior.

I asked her to help me with an issue my mom (who is student at Cornerstone) had with her ESL class, but to me it seemed like she didn’t want to help. I thought that as student advisors they are there to help students with issues they may have with the school.

I believe that the behavior this member of your staff is unacceptable and does not align with the high standards of customer service that your college should strive to achieve. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take appropriate action to address this issue as it is not the first time this happens with the same person.

I'm only here for a month to study. But I like the intense way of teaching, especially in terms of grammar; it helps me understand the core of it and no longer be confused by it. The teachers here are very nice. She understands students and cares about everyone. In addition to wanting to study intensely, there are many things that are enjoyable in class. Despite the fact that I was a new student, I didn't feel any pressure or adjustment.which exceeded my expectations (my teacher is Tetiana)

Cornerstone is a great school mainly because it has amazing teachers like Stan. I had the opportunity to study 6 months there and had classes with Stan during 3 months and was awesome. Also, I had classes with Olive, who was an amazing teacher. Corey and Mehdi are great teachers too.
