You are treated like children. You're only allowed to have 3 Rubbermaid bins of personal belongings and once you have those full the staff take it upon themselves to go through all your items and they pick and choose which items you get go through it them they apparently take it to storage and supposedly we are allowed to sort through our belongings and switch out the clothing for items we want but we found out that our personal belongings all went to "7day storage" whatever the hell that is! So needless to say we can't switch out any of our clothing that the staff has removed from our sleeping area for the clothing that we love and want to wear for the next week. There are too many retarded rules and alot of these rules go against our human rights! One major one is that we are not allowed to decorate for Christmas. I had a few Christmas decorations up around our sleeping quarters or else we get a verbal warning first then we get written up and after 3 strikes we get kicked out of the shelter. So disappointed in the way staff are running this shelter! They could be way more easy going and not have a huge turnover rate.

It's definitely been affected negatively by covid. It's harder to stay here and not scream in frustration. Cornerstone has never had even a covid-19 scare, so that is great. But some of the new features rules that are supposedly for covid-19 make no sense.

Stayed here in February and didn't mind staying here for one night. Anything beyond that would drive a person nuts.

It's a safe place to be when you need somewhere to go.also providing ops for those who do drugs to be safe using them.

Awesome staff. They are willing to guide, help in whatever way they can. I've never seen a manger work as hard for both staff & clients/ residents to meet all our needs. Awesome place.
