My go to shop in Squamish for any bike needs. John helped me get back out on the trail when I needed a knowledgeable mechanic the most. Everyone in this shop is very kind and helpful, couldn’t recommend a shop more.
Welcomed when i walked in the door. They were very busy when I was there but I had very fast service, answered all my questions and got me back on the trail that day. Store was stocked with supplies as well which is nice to see
First Off - Great Store and better people. We flew in from Detroit Michigan - to mtn bike for 18 days in BC. Had major bike issues at Whistler, drove to Squamish just for Corsa Cycle. They treated us fair, offered fair service, fair prices and in general treated us right. They even stored our bike boxes for 18days (great way to get sales). Bottomline: MTN bikers of the World - only one bike store for you if you are in Whistler or Squamish.
I had an excellent mtb rental experience at Corsa Cycles. Simon and Matthieu got my bike set up properly and helped me plan my ride. The pit stop rental location is so convenient for accessing the trails. I would definitely rent from them again!
I came into Corsa last week to buy a helmet and goggles. Marco was very informative and helpful with the selection process. I had some great rides this weekend and felt a lot safer as a result. Thanks, Marco!
Great staff and super knowledgeable. While shopping inside, a witness came in to tell the staff they saw a hit and run. It was my bike rack that was hit and they had broken the gear rotor disc to my son’s bike. The mechanics looked after our bike right away, despite their waitlist. Thanks Corsa! We made it to the bike park and had a blast with our new gear!
Wonderful experience renting eBikes at Corsa's new Pit Stop. The location at Quest University is great since you ride to the trails directly from the bike shop. Most of all, great service from Mathieu, this was our first time in Squamish and he suggested a great itinerary, the only problem is we're now hooked on Squamish and Corsa
Absolutely amazing service. Friendly. Knowledgeable, no attitudes and amazing selection. Thanks for the fantastic experience while purchasing our new E-bike today. Travelled from Vancouver island and ran across this shop. Definitely would return and recommend to anyone. Keep up the amazing service.
Only great experiences at Corsa! Very helpful whenever I brought in my bike, always explained what fixes were needed and gave me different options to choose from. Even when I needed a small, less common part that wasn't available, a mechanic brought one that he found in his personal stash from home. Highly recommend!
Super friendly staff and great service! I needed a new wheel built while on a riding trip - they got me back out on my bike within a couple hours. Will definitely be back.
Rented from them twice in a week. Once was the rocky mountain instinct BC and the other a Santa Cruz megatower! ! Both awesome bikes to ride the squamish trails. Service was friendly and they swapped the brakes over to moto style for me which was really important and setup the suspension. Can't fault them $80 for a $10k bike
Zac did an awesome job getting the part of a broken bolt out of my Kenevo frame. It was a very fast repair also, so I was very soon on the amazing trails in Squamish again. Thank you very much for an excellent job! Cheers Chris
After spending $130 on a tune-up (as well as hundreds on tune-ups for our other two bikes and some accessories), my gears never worked properly. When I brought my bike back and let you know of the problem, your staff spent less than 60 seconds to "fix" the problem, did not seem to care at all, and the problem was not fixed. I went to another local bike store and received excellent service at a good price. The gears now work. In our experience, Corsa used to be a good place, but service went downhill this year, and we won't return.
The shop and staff are great. They always go the extra mile for me and I will continue to support them until Garibaldi blows up! A mechanic literally ran after me in downtown Squamish after finding a part I was frantically looking for (true story). Lots of great brands and the staff all shred and are laid- back. What more do you want? Don't worry I will tell you; not much!
I bought 5 bikes at one time for my family at Corsa. My new Stumpjumper immediately (within a few minutes of riding) had an issue with the front hydraulic brake failing and the shop replaced an O ring which got me going again.
I rode a couple more times that summer and didn't ride it again until the next year. The Brake failed again as soon as I got on it after it had sat all winter. Took it back to Corsa and they wouldn't warranty it despite having only lightly ridden it a few times and the brake obviously being problematic since it was new. They replaced the brake lever/hydraulic assembly but I had to pay full price for the replacement.
Wasn't too happy about that. This happened a couple of years ago so don't know whether things have improved or not.
Update - Nick called and said he'd credit my account for the cost of the replacement brake. I've changed my rating from 2-4. It would have been 5 if this had been properly handled the first time.
Visiting from UK, rented a couple of e-mtb for two days, the staff could not have been more helpful, Simon even shuttled us to the trailhead, Ryan gave us lots of tips on where to ride and marked up maps for us. Rental prices seemed good value for money too.
Was helped by Nouimi in the bike service centre the other day, and she was incredibly friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I left happy.
Really pleased with my experience.
You have a lifelong customer because of the service she provided:)
Awesome service as always at Corsa Cycles. Nick and all the staff are very accomodatting. I had my wheels setup tubeless and Zack did an awesome job. He also gave me tips on how to choose your helmet, it's a good thing when guys like them ride as well, they can always give advise based on experience to help you choose what you need.thanks again! 5/5!
Dropped in today because my buddy was renting a bike from them, price was super fair for the day and the service was great. Everybody working was super friendly and even went above and beyond offering my their personal icepack after I crashed my bike riding up in Alice lake. All the boys there were rad, looking forward to coming back soon!
All the staff at Cora’s Cycles are amazing! I was in there last Saturday and I got a great vibe from all the staff-Simon was the staff member in particular though who helped me with a specific crank tool I needed to remove my shimano BB.
Si no quieres traer tu bici a Squamish esta es la opción. Excelentes profesionales. La bici en perfectas condiciones y el trato de los vendedores fenomenal.
Super cool store, the best option to hire a bike. Friendly and professionals guys. The bike ready to pick up and everything ok. Even changes my brakes pads for me of course free cost.
Solid shop all around. New location is massive and very well laid out with multiple counters (Rentals, Service, Sales). Always impressed with their service especially this last time when Brett managed to fix my bike just in time for my toonie ride! Bunch of a shredders helping out shredders; highly recommend them.
Excellent service and product knowledge.i just bought my new bike on the weekend and I really felt like they took care of me. Really took the time to educate me on the new equipment since my last bike was 2014. I definitely recommend them.
