Sad to say but the customer service is absolutely horrible in this location (Marina is the ONLY employee there who actually is kind and help with customer service) I’m never going back into this location again.

Came to share my experience and then noticed how other have had similar experiences. RUDE and obnoxious staff. Tried this location for the first time and Will not be shopping at this location again.

To the skinny, tall blonde staff member asking me for my credentials. - I’ve been shopping at cosmoprof for 15+ years hunny.

Absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional attitude of the manager, extremely rude and aggressive. Avoid this store if you don't want your day to be ruined. Will never ever be back again.

Terrible service! Girl on the cashier talk in a disrespectful way with customers. Never again! I better shop in Surrey location where girls meeting with a smile and always polite and friendly

Awesome staff they are super helpful unlike modern and will always help me find an alternative if my product is sold out

If I could give them a zero I would. Super rude staff. Ignores questions and aren't capable of being helpful and frankly clearly aren't there to provide a service. They just ring in the till. One staff member said I looked like her grandma's age. I suppose trying to insult me as I still have 3 school aged kids myself and am clearly not a grandma. I'm not sure but it definitely wasnt in a friendly way. I guess when I asked to speak to an owner it triggered her to need to lash out but, still. Not called for at all

Excellent customer service as usual! The young lady that helped out today was quick to acknowledge the products that I was selecting and brought to my attention a great promo that included those items. Always stress free to visit, even in a hurry.

When you enter the staff does not greet you or ask if you need assistance. The older Hispanic women is very rude. Overall just bad customer service.

I find the staff is very rude, most of the staff do not know anything about hair dressing I also find that they act terrified when someone doesn’t have a proper mask on, see my grandma is exempt and gets high anxiety which raises her heart rate witch can get dangerously high, The lady working there told my grandma that she had to leave, and My grandmother tried to be polite and tell her that she is exempt but she told my grandma that she was not allowed to buy the product and that She had to leave, my my grandma is a hairdresser and spends a lot of money at that store, they have now lost a very good customer. 10/10 do not recommend!

Been in here a few times reciently needing supplies and and they are always super low or have nothing at all for basic supplies. Like gloves and combs and clips. Ive checked back a few times and all they ever say is shipments come in on Wednesdays but they have no idea what will be in that shipment. Its frustrating.

I came in today looking for hair products and lashes cos my gf told me they had some for lash extensions at this location. I was willing to spend lots but they treated me like a junky and very unwelcoming because I didn’t have my beauty certificate on me; I told 2 employees at the cash that I had purchased there before however I didn’t bring my certificate that’s why I wasn’t in the system the first time. I continued to look around as I wanted to see if they had products I wanted so I could come back with my certificate to purchase but another cashier was very rude to me so I left. I understand the regulations but just the whole staff and how they made me feel like I was not good enough to be in there as a customer regardless if I had my certificate or not. Poor establishment at the Langley location. The staff were very rude and unfriendly. They act like they’re above you or looks down on people. The cashier told me they have new management for a year now and told her their own employee sold me products a couple months ago. They didn’t try to help me after or even honour that I was a previous customer. The Caucasian employee literally kicked me out infront of other customers. I’ve been in retail management and beauty industry for over a decade and I’ve never seen such stuck up employees. Clearly they need new management and staff because this location is run very poorly. They need to hire professionals not trashy employees who has no manners and act like they’re better than you. Very poor customer service.

The ladies are absolutely lovely here, I come here all the time and they are very helpful and accommodating. Some of the customers I see them deal with while I’m in there are so rude to them but yet they still have a smile on their face when I ask for help! I understand the low products aren’t their fault but more so a head office/company issue which should be fixed by someone higher up so this group of ladies do not get bullied and battered by customers. The staff are awful at the Langley location. Woman got flustered when my card on my phone wouldn't scan, almost yelled at me to put my phone under the covid barrier, and then talked with her coworker in a language I couldn't understand. RUDE.

Went here to shop, online said you are open until 6 and so does your door. It was closed. Tried to call and no answer. Change your hours of operation if you're going to advertise them. Do better. Don't waste people's time.

The staff is very friendly and helpful but never have product in stock. And if it’s on-sale in flyer they definitely won’t have it

4 stars because the girls there are wonderful but the manager is always in the back room.it got to the point I know to go and knock because 10/10 she’s sitting back there.big no no

I love some of the products that they carry, but they never seem to be able to get all the products that they feature in the flyer. The staff doesn't seem to be very knowledgable about the products

So i went in here to get toner. I didnt know you had to be a hair dresser to shop here so i waited for like 10 minutes for her to do a return for another customer (which the customer had to grab her from the back, after waiting around for 10 minutes while i was looking for toner). I complimented her lashes and she said thanks. Then looked at my extensions and asked to see my card. I said oh i didnt know i had to be a member. She threw the toner on the floor. She has the worst attitude ever. Avoid this location. Shes the chubby indian woman with huge lashes.

Staff is always very friendly and the store usually looks neat and tidy. Never have trouble finding what I need

This place has the worst return policy and I will make a longer trip to go to the other salon supply stores than to shop here again.

I live in Chilliwack and was at a job in Richmond and needed a blow dryer so I stopped at Cosmo Prof Richmond, the dryer proved to be faulty and kept quitting mid hair dry. I don’t live in that area so I thought I would stop in Surrey Cosmoprof and exchange for a working dryer, apparently, or so I was told by the clerk, it is company policy not to exchange products from other locations. The receipt states “Electrical items and shears will be refunded or exchanged only with a receipt and within 60 days of purchase”. There is no mention about location, now I will have to drive 1 1/2 hours to exchange this useless blow dryer.
