Terrible service from counter staff, delayed and "with an attitude" if you can skip the visit, do it.

This is very much a "you get what you pay for" situation.
In that context, it does the job nicely.

I ordered 3 hotdogs and had to wait 30 minutes because this lady just keep calling numbers randomly like someone just ordered a minute ago and they got their order quicker than me.

Hey admin, how about a microphone for the person making their throat go raw reading numbers?

Good food for low cost. Be ready to get your order when they called you. Don't blame them if you are not there. Is a fast pick up counter food service and they don't hace the time for other things

Nice place to have snacks. Starting from $1.5. And unlimited pepsi or drinks. Enjoy and but don't waste.

Pure chaos, lost numbers, lots of clients at the window mad because of their food never coming. Staff members were obviously stressed and overwhelmed. Not a good experience for any of us.

Why isn't this a Costco members only food court? There is a massive crowd here all the time and it's pretty obvious most them are not members. Are the members subsidizing those $1.50 hotdog + pop deals? Surely Costco isn't making money on those.

Cheap and generous portions, I just wish they didnt change to entirely online ordering system as it seems the kitchen gets overloaded with too many orders at once

It is a sad place, they should put a board to know when your order is ready and so the staff would not have to be yelling, in addition to being friendly to those who do not listen, the staff throws your plate at you, in other countries Costco is a friendly place

It depends when you come here - we stopped by on Tuesday lunchtime to grab a hot dog and a slice of pizza. We were served very quickly. However, if you come in the evening or at the weekend during the rush hour, you may not get what you want - they ran out of pizza + they are understaffed. I’d welcome if they put a monitor w order numbers - no more screaming your number!

I went there Jab 24 2022. I ordered a pepperoni slice and a hotdog. VERY basic and straightforward. The lady gave me a cheese and I said "I ordered pepperoni" she actually argued with me about my own order even tho I showed her my receit. While she was arguing with me I saw the pepperoni slices fly by being sold. I had order 406. Then order 407 came in and it was the last pepperoni slice and the lady instead of stopping it and giving me the slice she just looked at how my slice was being sold away. I just just grabbed the cheese slice like a loser and left.

They should have the condiments on a tray outside or something. I feel guilty asking the staff for some when they are already so busy.
