Used to be great! Now? Long order waits; more often than not out of pizza after you order it, even with 90+ minutes until close; staff ill-prepared to make anything right when that issue invariably arises. Hot dog is still a great deal, but it's the only item you can trust to be in stock and you can easily expect to wait 30 minutes for it. Pretty much not worth the hassle any more. A shame.

Food was great, but customer service is poor. I waited for my food for 15 mins. All order numbers before me was served. Asked the lady how long my order will be, she immediately told me to wait for my number to be called, she was already way past my order number. Another lady handled the situation well.

It's comfort food, cheap. What more can I say. Always grab a hot dog and a drink on the way out!

Can not beat that price of $1.50 for bottomless pop & a hot dog. Poutine & fries along with chicken strips are kids favorite and reasonably priced. Sadly, you have to be a Costco member to be able to enter the premises.

The food court was pretty good. Have to admit I hadn't gone there in quite some time now so I had never used the self serve kiosk. This was great and really fast. By the time I paid and got to the pickup area, my drinks were already there nd they had just finished with my food order. The condiments and drinks area were a little messy, but I can imagine it is hard to keep up after the heards of people that walk through.

I had the bucket fried chicken wings slightly dry but crunchy & goes well on the side with the honey mustard, sliced pizza, smokies hot dog & large iced pop. Consumed too much for the evening but nevertheless satisfying. I wouldn't eat like this daily but only occassionally.
Btw there's fries with gravy, chicken salad, poutine, ham sandwich, ice cream sundae as the other choices. Take out large pizzas is another alternative to take home.

They accept debit at the food court. It might actually be impossible to go to Costco without stopping to get a hot dog or poutine on the way out. Do everyone a favour though and take your stuff to your car and come back in (or send one person to load the car while someone else orders) rather than leaving/parking dozens of carts along the outside of the food court; cluttering everything up and getting in the way.
