I didn't buy anything from it but they have high quality devices and friendly staff

My dealings with the staff here was amazing. Cal the audiologist was brilliant, patient and attentive. Jo Lin on reception was wonderful, rang me 3 times one day offering me cancellation appointments. I would recommend Costco whole heartedly and will be back. Their product is also top notch. People, don’t let the lengthy time to get an appointment put you off, the end result is worth it!

I was here for my Second Astra Vaccine shot and the Pharmacy is right next door. Celia was fast, efficient, polite and explained everything when answering questions I asked. Was happy they called me in for the second shot. Great Pharmacy staff!

Customer Service here is terrible. 3 employees, 0 other customers and it still took an hour just to order a set of hearing aids.

When every bill averages over $3000, you’d think they’d be a bit more organized here instead of being surprised to make a sale.

Took my mother here to get her hearing aids. The doctor was great, the prices are great. Customer Service is helpful and informative with a smile.

Amazing service. Have to make an appointment and they were fabulous. My dad also went and he raved how great the service is. Very Professional, friendly and knows the products and the doctor was wonderful. Would recommend to any one that needs a hearing test
