I was in Kelowna so I called to see IF by chance they had fabric I was needing more of and could not to date find else where. The salesperson Jessica was extremely patient and helpful on the phone. She looked in their system and then went to check that it was 'physically' there in stock. When I walked in the store, it was waiting at the cutting table. Excellent service & bonus that I actually found the fabric I've been looking for. Thank you Cottage Quilting.

Couldn’t find an Accuquilt Dealer in my home Province when I discovered Cottage Quilting. I am now on my third order with them and can’t say enough on how great the service and ladies have been to me. I do have one problem - I can’t stay off their fantastic web site

I am so happy I found this shop! I needed a part for my quilting machine. Meagan responded to my email quickly and made sure I was ordering the correct part. I wish I lived closer to be able to visit in person. I will definitely check back with this store when I need parts in the future.

Dear readers, Please read this before shopping or getting repairs. My mom, a senior has enjoyed sewing for a long time as her hobby. Last year, her embroidery machine broke and needed repair. She brought it to Cottage Quilting, it sat there for 1 year! She stopped by a few times being told minimal progress had been done due to lack of parts.
This week she had to take her other machine in for repair, and was notified the old machine couldn’t be repaired, but the time and parts would cost $3000! A senior on a fixed income can’t afford this. She was not notified once over the year how much time or parts were going towards the machine. As an expert, I trust they shouldn’t need to invest $3000 in time to determine a machine is beyond repair. Megan suggested my mom buy a new machine, discounted due to her hefty repair bill.
Megan refused to give my mom back her second machine (no work done) unless she buy the new machine or pay the repair fee. Finally, Drew said she could pay $450 to get her machines back.
This story highlights the elder abuse that happens in our communities. My mom was sick over this whole ordeal. She was treated cruelly in the store and was taken advantage of. I hope you read this review and proceed with caution.

My advice to anyone looking to purchase a machine from this store is to contact them before placing your order online to make sure they actually have the machine on hand.

I ordered an Elna Covermax on June 28th. It took 7 weeks to get to me because they didn't actually have the machine and had to order it from Elna. Had I known that they did not actually have the machine in stock, I would have purchased it elsewhere. Their website does not actually list whether or not they have the machine on hand, and since the machine's listing did not say it was out of stock, I assumed they had one available to ship to me. My mistake.

I have placed just a few orders online, but have found the selection great and the staff wonderful to deal with! Think this will become my go to for all my quilting items!

I brought an in stock se600 through the website on December 13 as the days go by I notice I wasn’t getting any updates on whether my package was being shipped I emailed them and to my knowledge they didn’t had the item in stock they was actually waiting on a shipment from brothers. If you don’t have an item in stock but a customer still wants to buy it and wait on it it’s consider as PREPAID next time updates the website to say PREPAID and inform the customer of the situation of the item.
Even though Ik I’m not a prepaid kinda customer I still waited a month and several days but after the days kept getting pushed back I requested a refund
I purchased the same machine from another establishment and got it within 4 days.

Edit: Please note that you guys made it seem that the item will be coming from a warehouse that you guys owned.

Yes I zoomed the owner but she only wanted to verify the card that I used (which was my boyfriend card so I understood why she did that) after that she said it will be shipped and I had to email you guys first to get updates.

All I’m trying to say is if you guys do not have an item in yall possession but will be getting a shipment do not have it as “In Stock” and have the “buy now” button there it should of had “PREORDER” if I did saw that I would of gladly took my business elsewhere.

You can post the emails I have no problem with that.

The only GOOD thing I can say is that you guys do answer emails back and the money was sent back.

If you guys did just take the judgment how it is and say that you will improve from now on I would of happily deleted my review. But you guys made it seem like I’m in the wrong and inserted little lies so the review stays. Anyway Enjoy your day.

Beautiful shop specifically for quilting cottons. Also carries basics like rotary cutters and blades, lots of curved rulers and other sizes quilting rulers. They also carry fancy machines! Friendly helpful staff too:)
