It's Cottonwood! If you want a premium experience with premium food and first run movies, go pay triple the price somewhere else. This place is for us locals who enjoy the movie theater experience at a much cheaper price (check out the matinees). The popcorn machine can act up, the mini donuts are good but not carnival quality, the candy can be bought in a plastic bag with a twist tie. If that doesn't appeal to you, go to the Cineplex. I love Cottonwood and it's simplicity. And you never have to wait in line.

Our home town movie theater! We love this place, which feels old-fashioned in the best possible way. Reasonable prices, great movie choices, affordable snacks (including yummy mini donuts). A great local business to support!

One of my favourite places ever. Prices are very reasonable and that includes concession too! Plays the biggest movies later than the other theatres which helps me not feel like I have to rush to to see them. However I also LOVE that they have actual diversity in their movie selection. They're not afraid to play some of the more artsy movies that aren't necessarily blockbusters that cineplexes seem to not want to play. Owner and staff are always so friendly too. I honestly can't say enough good things about this place.

My absolute favorite theater. Staff is always so friendly and welcoming. If had never felt packed or too loud here which is great for my sensory issues!

I love that they offer the not-latest releases! Gives me a chance to see films I might miss otherwise. Staff is 110% friendly, popcorn is hot and fresh, seats are comfy, ambience is lit. Get your buns into this place for a lovely cinema escapade.

We have done a few client appreciation events here. Friendly owners and staff. Popcorn is good and they have other unique treats as well like mini donuts and real lemonade. Sometimes you have to wait for the major movies but if you are on a budget it’s a great experience with comfy and roomy seats! Lots of restaurants within walking distance for those “dinner and a movie” date nights.

It's nice that this theatre has very reasonable prices compared to Galaxy theatres but when it comes to appearance and cleanliness, they are clearly laking. Went to see the movie cats with my wife and when we went inside the theatre, we couldn't sit in any of the three back rows because it was full of popcorn, seats were sticky and wet and empty pop container and popcorn bags were left on the floor and seat cup holders. Not impressed. After the show, my wife mentioned it to one of the workers but their response was not professional. Also the lobby is messy, cluttered. Just because the prices are cheap doesn't mean the place has to look cheap. Looks like when the owners are out the employees play. The owner either doesn't know or doesn't care.

Went for $2 Tuesday. The movie quality and sound was excellent. Seats are comfortable and popcorn prices reasonable. Great cheap fun night out.

Cottonwood is very reasonable to see movies just out of the main theaters. It usually has a good variety of adult and childrens shows.

This is a common sense place. All prices are reasonable. Best popcorn I ever had. Real butter. The seats are clean and most comfortable. The sound system is very good. Staff are very polite and friendly. And they have a loyalty program. Worth the drive from Abbotsford for sure.

Clean, inexpensive comfortable seating and space to walk in front of fellow movie goers if you are walking in front of them.

I love this little old cinema. The prices are great (on Tuesdays you can see a movie for a toonie!) and although the movies may take a while to be there, they usually have a good selection. As far as I know, the cinema is owned and operated by a local family, so more points to go there and support local businesses. I have spent many fun afternoons there, the place is nice, the seats are not the best but they are fine (is an old cinema, one cannot expect to have luxury everywhere) and I hear the concessions are well priced (I usually don't eat when at the movies, but my friend told me) so yeah, I recommend this place.

A great place to watch movies that came out a little while ago. If you're willing to wait it's well worth the price (especially on Toonie Tuesday!)

Great prices but food was same cost as big box theatres and terrible in comparison. If they could make better food would rate this place a 5 star.

Love toonie tuesdays and dont mind waiting for most movies to come here. Although they should have a better system for when the movie is full. Like assigned seating or something. Everyone running in to get a seat is not the most fun

Always a good time - watch good movies at the lowest prices anywhere. I worked in a movie theatre as cashier when I was very young & this brings me back to that time.

Friendly staff and a very clean facility. Family owned and operated from what I have been told and it shows! Two thumbs up!

Movie, nachos, mini doughnuts, and drink all for less than $20. Seats recline and are a bit hard; armrests raise to give more room. Great value!

It's great that there's a cheap theater. I can wait for movies to leave Cinaplex and pay more than half off. Older theater. It's got what you need.

Great place to see movies on the cheaper side. They usually show up here after being in the main theaters for a bit. Way cheaper than Cineplex.

Family owned business with fantastic staff. A clean and comfortable movie theatre to relax in while seeing a show. AND. THE FRESH SQUEEZED LEMONADE IS THE BEST!

Prices cant be beat if you don’t mind seeing films after they’ve been out for a while. What’s special about this place is the smaller films and limited release films they bring in. They are also an independent film festival venue. I’m glad they exist in Chilliwack!

Had a great night out. $2;00 Tursday for the new Clint Eastwood movie called Mule. Seats are a good size and Staff is friendly, constantly tidying things up inside and around the common area. No problems here.
And the $ is right on tuesday nights.

A quaint little theatre, very cheap tickets because they show movies weeks after the initial release dates. Very dated, but clean. It's also never busy in here (at least during the times I've gone) so you can be sure that you'll find seats here. They also show little indie or foreign films for a bit of variety.

I love this cinema. The staff are great, the movie prices remind me of Towne cinema in Abbotsford and the concession is reasonable. This place needs to stay open for the generations to come. It's an amazing theater. If you've missed a movie at Cineplex or think it's too expensive there, Cottonwood 4 cinemas always has your back. I'll be back soon for a great movie.
