Should be illegal to sell business or mall properties to people like PCI development doing very dumb things like removing the food court to replace it by a BC liquor store wich is fine at it's actual location just like the Canadian tire was, also walling the entrance to businesses from the mall, the phenomenon as you like to call it's you, should be a law like in Denmark where strangers have to reside a minimum of years before being able to start or take possession of business properties, lots of people leaving Chilliwack or have to go to Abbotsford for shopping

Great for everyday shopping! Obviously Surrey & onwards have some better shopping but for those of us in the back of the Fraser Valley it has the ticket!
