Country Grocer

This store is always very neat and tidy. The produce area always has very fresh fruit and veggies!

Good grocery store usually has a lot of good sales also love their meat products very high quality

Prices are way out of this world. Like $$$$$$$. Avoid, unless you are in a pinch. You would think, being new in town that they would be competitive. This Grocer is for the Rich and Finicky.

Good place for groceries, something can be expensive but, not uncommon for any grocery store really. The staff are always friendly

Nice open layout. Lots of fresh produce. An employee picked up a tangerine that rolled off the tray and onto the floor to dispose of and kindly chatted for a minute. Good tasting organic and grass fed/antibiotic free meat!

My favorite store best deals and super friendly staff the manager really knows what they are doing to have such happy workers.

I like the Country Grocer because it is just about the last grocery store that has meat cutters (butchers) and packers on site which is good for a few reasons that I won't get into here, I'm sure you can figure it out. The store's prices are pretty comparable to the others, maybe a little cheaper, but if you shop the flyer and in-store specials your money will go further here. Remember when $50 would yield at least 1 grocery bag in each hand when you left?

Visiting from Vancouver, stopped to buy some flowers. How disappointing to see over 50% of shoppers without masks! Shame on this local business for not putting safety first and following medical experts' suggestions. I'll shop Superstore where masks are mandatory.

I drive from Nanoose Bay to shop as staff are friendly and helpful. It also is the BEST COVID clean store in Nanaimo and Oceanside area compared to others that I used to shop. Also, when there is a sale on items, it cant be beat

Friendly staff, great selection, good quality foods in all the departments. In COVID times it feels clean. Unfortunately I go to another grocery store for pet items. They still get 5 stars, I just have to shop else where when I need certain pet treats and wild bird seeds and suets.

They always have fresh vegetables and fruit and is always beautifuly displayed. Always helpful and happy staff members. Great place to shop.

Staff is always helpful and professional and friendly. Pricing is generally good wven without sales but their sales are great aswell. Probably my favourite grocery store
