I'm so grateful for Dr Braaten and her team. I have 3 pets that I take here and am always met with professional respect and kindness.

I cannot believe they turned me down when I called them and said I want to take my dog to their clinic. Way to go welcoming someone new in town. So disappointing! Obviously, I want to take my dog there to have them as my Vet but they turned me down.

Took our sweet and VERY anxious rescue pup to this incredible place today! They were so calm and helpful with our scared boy. Even doing all the exams outside and in the back of our car because there was just no way he would go inside. We are so grateful for their calm and caring approach. Will definitely be back for all his regular visits. 100% recommend.

Great parking lot. There is room to walk outside without a lot of traffic while you are waiting for competent staff to attend. There was a calm atmosphere.

Bit rude.
Had a cat adopt us out of nowhere (i think it was abandoned). Called to see if I could get them to do a chip scan and make an appointment to get its eye looked at. They ignored me asking about an appointment and just told me to take it to the spca and eventually said they’d do a chip scan. They did let me drop by and checked for a chip promptly but then after when I tried to ask about making an appointment just kept saying to take it to the spca and “they’ll take care of it”.
I never asked for anything for free and was looking to make a proper appointment. I get vets probably get sob stories about strays all the time but I wanted to make an appointment to try and make sure the cat isn’t suffering and kept getting brushed off. Very frustrating.

We've been taking our two dogs to Countryside Pet Hospital for a little over a year now and I am extremely satisfied with the care, communication and quality of service from Dr. Braaten and her team. Dr. Braaten is an excellent vet - she recently did surgery on my dog's cherry eye and as you can see in the photo, the results are perfect. I'm so happy to have found such great pet healthcare so close to home.

Everything you want in a veterinarian. Knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful. I trusted them with my best friend.

This is the very best place to come for all your pets health needs. Dr. Braaten and her team are absolutely incredible. You will not be disappointed coming here. Can not recommend enough!

Great vet, great staff, great everything! Been going here a few years now. They were amazing when our old dog got cancer, very compassionate. And our new dog loves going there, last check up she was crying for them to open the door so she could say hi to everyone!

We have a very large dog that runs around on a large property which resulted in quite a few emergencies. Dr. Braaten was always there for us and reacted very fast to ensure our dog gets the best treatment. We've been with Dr. Braaten for 7 years and are very happy with her service.

Dr. Braaten and her staff are great! My family and myself have been taking our animals to her for years, as well as foster dogs that we have taken care of from a local rescue. I would not take my animals anywhere else! Dr. Braaten is very knowledgeable and understanding and will go above and beyond for the care of animals. If you are looking for a great vet countryside is the place to go!

I was really disappointed when I went here. I brought my young dog into get his shot, which is all they told me he was booked for, and then they did a full exam on him, even though I had just paid for a full exam 4 weeks earlier. If your going to charge me $75 for a 10 minute exam you should really tell me your going to do that. I understand I'm paying for your time, but the vet was also running 30 minutes behind, and my time is equally as valuable as yours, there was no apology for being late either. I complained about the charge when I paid and the receptionist said the vet would call me later to discuss the issue, I never heard from her.

You will not find a better Vet. She goes above and beyond for your animals. She has saved both our dog and our cat over the holidays and I am not sure any other Vet would have worked as hard as she did to pull them through. She and her staff are exceptional.

I cannot day enough about this place. Everyone is beyond amazing at what they do, very attentive and understanding. Julia is talented beyond measures and I would trust anyone else to check up on my 3 cats. They are living a very happy and healthy life thanks to this clinic. Thank you guys for all you do!
