I just saw Jan Shields for a Pure Bliss Foot Therapy massage. I kid you not, it was what I needed. My foot pain is gone. Besides that she is so caring and you feel 100% of her commitment and energy going into what she's doing. I will be back for more regular massages for sure.

Sydney's hot stone massage with focus on the neck, scalp, and hips after our initial conversation was wonderful. She was intuitive and made me feel comfortable and did a great job working out tight muscles and pain in my neck. Super relaxing! 10/10 would recommend!

Dr. Kaitlyn is amazing! I went in with really bad lower back pain. I’m in my first trimester of pregnancy and I wanted to see someone who specialized in prenatal chiropractic care. She is very knowledgeable and helped my back pain tremendously!

I've been seeing Julia Little for RMT and Nadja Mackillop for Reiki treatments for almost a year now and couldn't recommend them more. I was going through a rough time in 2021 (even taking some time off work due to mental health issues) and having them as part of my support team was invaluable. I also love how Courtenay Massage Therapy is a 'one stop shop' for your wellness (massage, reiki, naturopath, etc.and now a chiropractor too!). I would highly recommend trying them out for yourself.:)

My massage was good but I am not a fan of the office set up. I could hear people coming in and out of the main reception area throughout my massage and the room itself is too brightly lit and ‘clinical’ feeling for me to be able to fully relax. I liked that you can book online but I think thats fairly standard practice these days. I originally started coming to yoga classes offered there a d noticed they offered RMT’s as well. I thought the yoga and massage combination was a good idea but they no longer offer classes.

I saw Sydney years ago and remembered her being very knowledgeable and thorough with the assessment. When I found out I’d be back in the valley I tried to get in with her again but she was fully booked. I was however able to get in with Randi and was treated with the same thoroughness, knowledge, and professionalism as before. Randi is the best RMT I’ve ever been to - I’m disappointed I don’t live here anymore and won’t be able to make regular appointments.
