TV and cable didn't work
Hair dryer didn't work
They left a personal and business phone in the room when we arrived
We had to track down towels ourselves because there weren't any in the room.

They guys running the place were lovely but honestly it seemed like a clown show.

Was everything I wanted needed, at a very affordable price. Awesome, attentive staff!

Pretty good. I got locked out in only a towel and there was no overnight staff. The emergency phone wasn't answered. The reception door was not secured so easy access to Masteroom key.

Very cute, affordable, and clean. My first time staying in a hostel and was nervous about sharing washrooms but there's 3 on the second floor and were nice and clean. Rooms are a little small but the duvet and pillows were super cozy. Walls are thin and you can hear everything on the hallway but other guests were quiet and considerate. I would stay again!

Poor communication, extremely expensive. Not like it used to be, this place will go down in no time.
