The gal was very helpful, I have never worn jeans or a belt, so it was a little daunting. The girl suggested a couple of belts, I managed to find a beautiful beaded cowboy belt! Products in this store are high-end and beautiful. Pricey, but worth the money! Fully suggest if you ate in need of western wear, drop into this store. I am very happy I did!

Quick & easy to order on the website.
Customer service on the telephone was good. Very gentle staff.

Things to improve: The packaging to protect the original box of the hat. Having the tracking number.
