Cowichan Bay Kayaking and Adventure Centre

Our group of 8 booked kayaks for an evening to see the bioluminescence. Despite our late arrival, the staff was very, very accommodating getting our kayaks prepared, gave helpful instructions and pointed out good spots to visit. They also shifted our return time as well so we wouldn't have to rush.

The tour ended up being my husband and I and the guide. It was awesome. We were able to see about a dozen seals near the logs and sit and watch them for awhile. We also got a nice tour of the bay.

We opted for the Evening Unwinder tour and loved it. Helpful instruction, patient staff, well informed guide (thx Tim!), lots of wildlife, and gorgeous views. Highly recommend! Will return!

Our family rented paddle boards and it was an awesome experience.

I hesitated for a long time to publish this opinion, but I had to do it. Unfortunately, my 2-hour ride experience in the bay was more than mediocre.indeed during my session the other client to report to the instructor that she wanted to stop after a little over 1 hour.moreover, we did not make much progress during the session… It would have been appropriate to make level groups so that everyone can benefit from the moment.or else give me an extra half hour with the instructor.the rest of the performance was ok…
