Grant and the team at Cowichan Cycles are force for good on mountain biking on the island. I can’t thank them enough for all the excellent maintenance support too. They always go out of their way to give every rider great experiences at their store.

Brought my bike in for a (walk-in) flat repair. In and out within 20 minutes. Very friendly staff and excellent service. Easy access shop. Phil.

This shop rocks! Their service team is great. I rolled into town while bikepacking right as they were closing for the night with some pannier rack issues, and they tightened up some bolts, swapped some zips, and had me rolling again so quickly.

This place is amazing! Beautiful shop and the people who are working there are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me out with a leaky back tire on a bikepacking trip around the island. Definitely recommend stopping by — good selection of bikes, components, and apparel too!

We moved into town already owning our bikes back in 2021. But Cowichan Cycles have treated us as if we were long time customers. I have called several times to set up a service appointment and instead they've offered for me to drop in and they would take a look at it. On more than one occasion they have taken my bike right away, corrected the problem, and charged nothing even when I offer. Now after several years, they have completed all levels of repairs from new brake systems to fixing my personal attempts at bike maintenance. I just got back from bringing two bikes in on a Saturday morning with separate small issues and walked out in 20 minutes with both issues resolved. Thank you Cowichan Cycle for your attention to service.

I stopped by today, slightly embarrassed that I'd muffed a repair to my front wheel bearings over the weekend. Alec/Alex was great, popped the wheel into the service area and had it sorted in a few minutes. Super service! Also very helpful advice and parts for a brake repair last week! Great vibe in the store!

I have been a customer at Cowichan Cycles for over half a decade. I have received service that has gone above and beyond expectations. The staff are kind, thoughtful and engaging. The store is a welcoming space for new and seasoned cyclists and is stocked with all the things you’ll need to get out riding.

So many great experiences at Cowichan Cycles during essentially my weekly Saturday visits. Extremely good service when they helped me make my Kona Operator operational again. Very friendly staff and great selection of inventory.

They refused to service my bike because it was an ebike. But it’s ok I found a YouTube tutorial video and was able to fix it myself! Go to Experience Cycling instead!
