Got a flat around 7: 30PM on a rainy day, called BCAA at 7: 45, and I was back on the road less than 40 minutes later, all thanks to a very fast response time from this tow company!

On first call I was told 30 minutes. At 45 I called to see how much longer and was told another 30 minutes. He was very apologetic when he arrived. Kind of snarky when I mentioned I had a bcaa but I couldn't get through so I'd need a receipt. Maybe keep a Snickers in your glovebox so you dont snark at customers. I know everyone has bad days so I hope tomorrow is better.

Driver we had today was amazing and so helpful. Expecting to wait about an hour but he came right away. Totally recommend!

Excellent response time, quoted me 10 minutes arrived in 10 minutes, driver was professional and courteous. This company will definitely be my first call for towing in the Cowichan Valley.
