I had the best service! Friendly and helpful staff! Brought my PS4 in for repair and it was done the same day! Totally recommend this place!

Went in & had the BEST customer service. A cord ripped on my external hard drive, thought everything was lost. They looked and the cord was not permanently attached. Only needed a new cord & they checked the drive to make sure everything was good to go. Highly recommend!

This place is fantastic. I had almost zero volume on my phone and thought it was time for a new one. I took it into Crackerz and the tech took the phone, removed the case and "blew out" the dust and now I can hear callers again without putting it on speaker phone. Dust.who knew? Super kind and knowledgeable folks.

Their technician, Najmul helped me 2X’s to send files that other stores and people could not figure out how to do. He is so helpful and polite, he organized everything together on my phone, so it would be there in the future, and didn’t even charge me when I needed help the second time, as I’m not tech savvy.
So happy I found them!

Wonderful customer service and they go above and beyond. I took a laptop in two days before Christmas for my disabled aunt who is bed bound and they made sure I got it back the same day so she wouldn’t have to be without her laptop until the new year. We appreciated this so much as it’s her only connection to the outside world. No other company in town was willing to do this but they made sure it happened. Thank you again!

Maybe I'm just the one off but wow worst service and attitude ever. Basically they had my cpu since November. I took it back at one point and they tried giving me the wrong laptop back. Sorted that out. Took it to get repaired. Fixed it for around 200 but it still didn't work so was told another hundred to fix properly. Waited 6 months then told screen needed replacement to make it work. Shouldn't they kinda know what needs to be done instead of making me wait 6 months. One last thing when I went to pick up laptop they said I didn't give them a power plug. Argued with me then called me 5 mins later to say come pick up plug. Lady is pleasant until she's wrong. Which was a lot in my case. Never going back

I had recently cracked my iPhone screen, it was really bad, I couldn’t access anything. London drugs quoted me almost $200, probably would’ve been over 200 with tax to repair the screen. They also said they would’ve needed most of the day.

I was going to buy a new iPhone, but I needed to access my old phone to transfer my files, so the girl at Telus told me about crackerz, so I went over there to see if they could help me.

The girl at the counter was so friendly and she quoted me $100 and that it would take an hour. I thought to myself. Wow! What a find!

I wish I could remember who the girl was at the counter, but I just want to thank her and her tech for doing such a phenomenal job. You would never know the screen was ever cracked.

I was able to purchase my new phone and transfer everything from my old phone without any issues. I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend crackerz!

Went in for a battery replacement on my iPhone SE. After the install I was told that the replacement battery was just as good as OEM. That turned out to be false. Run times are worse than with the original battery and this new one gets very very hot while charging, both wirelessly and with the lightning cable both at low amperage. I can’t trust these guys. Looks like I’m out $67.20 on garbage that doesn’t work. Lesson learned. I’ll take my phone to Guru’s to get it properly serviced. Avoid this place like the plague.

They were able to fix my switch. I assumed it was the screen, they found the real problem and charged me accordingly. It was cheaper then expected. It was nice to see such honesty.

Brought my two phones and iPad for repair. They were quick and very honest to deal with. Great customer service and good product selection. Always worth a visit before hitting a big box store.

Awesome place to get a screen protector. Got the protection pro installed and it took only a few minutes. Don't cheap out on screen protectors This will pay for itself.
