Craftsman Collision

Helped me out of a situation that another autobody shop got me into.
Very nice/helpfull front office staff.

At the beginning of the year I took my 2015 Juke to Craftsman to have my driver's side door replaced along with some painting to be done. When I returned to get my car the door was still not closing properly. Greg, the manager, brought the technician out to look at it and was told it would take only a small adjustment.
I was told it would be fixed and delivered to my home. It arrived but still wasn't fixed. For a variety of reasons I couldn't get back to Craftsman for about a month.
When I did another person looked at my car and said that it was probably the best they could do but he would talk to Greg about it and have him phone me. He did not.
I should have followed up but did not. I thought I might get use to it but could not. Since I was told before that "they are the best" I just wanted to let people know my situation. Some awesome reviews here.not me.they failed.

Went in for an estimate and while I waited 15 mins the hit and run damage to my car was all buffed out! Could not see any of the damage. Nick then offered to buff out the other love taps on the car and it looked prestine! And NO CHARGE! Great service and great advice from Nannet as to what NOT to leave in your glove box.

Shane came to our rescue in an emergency when water was pouring through our sunroof. His quick thinking cleared out the drains in a pinch so we could carry on our trip. Excellent customer service and appreciate him fitting us in! Thank you!

Great experience with them fixing my vehicle. Only I thought they couldn't pick it up so when it was gone on the highway I panicked till I arrived and saw it in they're yard. But they even have it to me early because I needed it with the final piece of the repair set up at another shop in the town I was going too. I'd definitely use them again

You guys were so fast at getting my car fixed and very informative about the whole process with keeping me updated! And my car was cleaner than when I bought it when I got it back, great job! I will definitely recommend you to everyone.

10 out of 10, Highly recommend! I had the pleasure of interacting with 4 separate individuals and all where consistent with their service, very kind, respectful and ever so helpful. They even went so far as, to providing evidence to ICBC of specific damage, due to the incident, and a courtesy car! Thank you, for taking one extra thing off my hands, I felt confident my car was in great hands.

Thank you to all the staff and Craftsman Collision Nanaimo. Shane assisted me from the beginning taking the time to explain and help me to understand the process. I asked a lot of questions on more than one occasion and he was always helpful, thorough and never "pushy". Front counter staff was also great and I really appreciated the text messages updating me on progress. I hope I do not need these services again for a while but if I do I will certainly use Craftsman Collision again! ;)
