I’ve used Craftsman Collision twice and they have always been friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I also love that you can request a vehicle to use free of charge while they are working on yours. Huge help!

We had our Rav4 repaired in June 2022 after A SIGNIFICANT fender bender. We have a trailer hitch harness.used sparingly. Yesterday, we moved our trailer from Sunshine Coast back to Vancouver. We had a ferry reservation. Unfortunately, Craftsman disconnected our trailer harness during repair and it was not reconnected. There was insufficient time to troubleshoot.limited tools while traveling and a ferry to catch. Today, after removing the trims, both tail lights were disconnected from harness. Harness power to battery was disconnected. Completely unacceptable. Dangerous mistake. There service manager said "I apologize for the inconvenience". Yes MAJOR inconvenience. I was forced to move my trailer and contents without trailer lights. If you are considering a repair with Craftsman, I suggest that you find a more reliable shop.

I usually don’t write reviews but after this experience I had to. I came into Craftsman Collision on Marine and Cambie last Friday to ask a few questions about some repairs I was thinking about getting done on my truck. I spoke to an estimator. I think his name was Sim. Even though it was almost closing, he thoroughly explained every step that would be taken. He was very knowledgeable about the repair process. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to get their vehicle repaired by people who know what they are doing! Thanks again for all the info, I plan on bringing my vehicle in soon!

Took our truck here to Craftsman Cambie after we were rear-ended and I have only good things to say. The receptionist, the manager, the mechanics. Great experience. Open communication, great service, high quality work, and they helped us out 6 months later with an issue we thought was related, but wasn’t, without charging us.

A huge thank you to Gerry and his team at craftsman collision! Got sideswiped 2 weeks ago decided to bring my car into craftsman, they were very professional and got the job done so fast.a week later my car looks brand new as of nothing happened. Miracle workers id say! I highly recommend craftsman at marine and Cambie they do good service! Nothing but the best!

I took my car twice for repairs related to ICBC claims and I was extremely happy with the service, the quality of work and the quick turnaround.

The service is amazing- so friendly and welcoming! I had some scratches on the hood of my car and they suggested a polish. I came in for my appointment and 2 hours later and my car looked fantastic! I was so relieved and pleased with how it looked! I couldn't recommend them any higher

We went to Craftsman Collison for an ICBC auto repair. We had fabulous service from the beginning. They helped us through the process and did a fabulous job repairing our car and dealing with ICBC. The staff were wonderful explaining everything. A special thank-you to Gerry for his help. They cleaned and detailed the car, as well as, providing a very clean and nice curtesy car. We highly recommend them. The BEST!

This is the best auto body shop in Vancouver! Look for Gerry, who is a pleasure to work with! Had two vehicles repaired by Craftsman, extremely satisfied with both of them. The claim and repair process have been handled professionally and guaranteed stress free for the customer from start to finish. “Delivery” of the vehicle is just like the dealer if not better - not much of a delivery floor but their SERVICE is what stands out. Although my first auto body repair with them (back in 2018, car hit by deer) did had its fair share of hiccups, these guys stand behind their quality honouring every inch of their lifetime guarantee. Unlike competitor body shops, no BS whatsoever here when it comes to their ROCK SOLID lifetime guarantee. After identifying the problems with their repair, they go back diligently and make it right just like how the car came from factory. Fast forward 2020, second car with them they got right the first time!

A big thank you! I needed some work completed and my car back fairly quickly as I'm in the middle of selling it. Gerry was honest about the timing and kept me updated and informed throughout. Highly recommended.

Amazing body work and transparency towards customers. I had visited 2 to 3 bodywork shops and they gave me $1500 estimate showing me unnecessary expences.where as craftsman did quality body work in $500. Great job by Manager Alan Hoare going above and beyond his duties by building trust with customer.

Best service ever! Very quick in repairing my car. Looks new and they vacuum and wash the car very clean and spotless. He even fixed my sun visor! The one on Cambie and Marine Drive. Best customer service!

Terrible. The manager is so negative and rude.
Talk about unpleasant and, an unhappy guy.you can tell he hates his job. He was rude to me, and I bit my tongue, I didn't want to upset him, because he's working on my car.
The assitant manager Mike, was pleasant and helpful though. I will not go here again.
There's to many places I can choose that have
much better customer service.
