HUGE shout out to the Poco Craftsman team! Martin and Dimitri and Cyndi were amazing…… I have NEVER dealt with a more professional and friendly team than I did at Craftsman in Poco. They accepted my car at the drop of a hat AND had my car done way quicker than expected, I had constant updates throughout the whole process and was treated like a family member right from start to finish. My car looks better than it did then when it was towed into their lot! If your ever going through ICBC or just need a fix on your car I HIGHLY recommend craftsman collision in PoCo! You will not be disappointed! I PROMISE!

Management and employees top notch! Dmitri kept me up to date on repairs and any issues that came up. When I picked up my truck, I searched hard to find any deficiencies in their work but couldn't find any. They matched the paint perfectly. I recommend Craftsman collision 100% my truck IA a 2022 Ram Laramie and it was hit head on. Not the persons fault either. He had a medical issue and tried his best to avoid us.

There are not enough stars for how great my experience was. My truck came out looking brand new (after being attacked by a rogue dumpster). They were quick and their customer service is top tier. I didnt get a courtesy car but was offered one. And they went above and beyond. I have a lab who sheds like crazy. They vacuumed out ALL the dog hair. ALL THE DOG HAIR! People with shedders will understand how life changing this is.

The front office staff were rude, insulting and generally unprofessional. There are lots of options for windshield repair and I would not recommend this one.

Good service. They did quick and quality repair of my vehicle. They provided me with updates about the repair status of my vehicle. They also provided me with a courtesy vehicle that was clean and nice. The only minus was the availability of appointments to service my vehicle.

Despite some temporary shortage of materials at the time, they managed to help me and professionally completed the repair. Had a great experience. Highly recommended!

Went today to get an estimate on damage, was expecting thousands worth of repair, but with the help of the Manager Martin and worker Santos I got my car fixed in seconds, they advised on what to fix and what I can just ignore for now. I’m so grateful that they were there to help me in a very honest and disinterested way! I’m very happy that I chose craftsman collision, will definitely come back to this location in the future.

Thanks Dmitri, you're honesty and hard-work speaks volumes. Car returned early, everything clearly explained (to my wife). However, for a bumper and taillight replacement, having to go back twice to get, 1st the brake light fixed, and then the reverse light fixed.these are things you should be checking before you release a vehicle. Especially, when a customer comes in after having their ICBC claim with you for part of the repair not working correctly, everything else should be checked.waste my time, twice?

Last week I accidently popped a piece of the bottom my CRV hatch open when closing it onto a tall box. I had previously used Craftsman Collision, and was happy with their service, so called them immediately and explained what had happened. I spoke with Martin, who told me to just bring my vehicle in the next morning and someone would look at it. Upon arrival, Martin drove my vehicle to the rear of the business and brought it back to me again at the front within a few minutes, having fixed the problem. He handed me my keys and told me there was no charge. This completely took me by surprise as I had expected a significant bill. I am beyond impressed and grateful for the amazing customer service, kindness and professionalism of Craftsman Collision and would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend the Craftsman Poco team. I had take my car in for body repair two days before I went on vacation. They worked with the insurance company to get it in quickly, and had it ready the day I got back from vacation. Dmitri was very helpful and kept me up to date via email while I was away. And went above and beyond when I had to take the car back in for a battery issue that didn't turn out to be related to the claim. He worked with the Mazda dealer to get the battery replaced under warranty, without me having to incur any costs. The whole team gave exceptional service, are very professional and friendly.
