They were professional and so so helpful! My car was damaged in an accident, and because it's older, the resale value is quite low. ICBC didn't want to fix my car even though it was in perfect working condition, but the team at Craftsman Collision argued my case for me and did a wonderful job replacing the side and front panels. It was an added bonus to have a good loaner car to drive while mine was in the shop.
Then, to top it all off, I was in the Starbucks drive through and the man in front of me paid for my drink. It turns out it was the manager at Craftsman who remembered my little car

A couple of weeks ago my wife was waiting for a quote to repair her vehicle, she could over hear the manager talking extremely rudely to a staff member who was visually upset and telling them to "cry elsewhere" we will be taking our business somewhere else as that type of behavior not only made my wife extremely uncomfortable but also gave us a poor taste of the type of people who run this establishment
