I had a great experience with craftsman collision! Very friendly, quick and efficient! Sam and Sarika were great at keeping me informed on the status of my car and when I could expect it to be finished. I had a seamless drop off and pick up as well! Would definitely recommend:)

I found fixing cars is not the first priority, but people having an accident is this companies first priority! It’s a Shame!

I had 10/10 service here. Sam was so incredibly helpful! I had to reschedule my appt multiple times, and ended up needing to park my car/use their courtesy car for longer than expected (after the work on my car was already finished) and they didn't bat an eye. All was accommodated without issue. Sam was even able to schedule in some glasswork that I needed done within the same repair appt so I didn't need to bring the car in multiple times. His service went over and above! Thank you Sam!

A truck dropped a piece of debris on my Audi RS3 so I needed it fixed somewhere, called around and called this location and talked to Sam Ly about my icbc claim.
Manager Sam Ly at the craftsman on main st, oh man, what an excellent guy, met him in person and asked him some questions, he was very knowledgable about paint, VERY ACCURATE at estimating how long it would take (and pickup was actually a day early - amazing), he provided me updates (when previous bodyshops would not, and i would actually have to call them), not only does he point out what needs to be repaired but potential issues and additional care and safety post-repair and warranty/coverages. After all of this he was mindful enough to schedule it to get my car back before the weekend so I can enjoy it again, amazing.
Because of him I felt comfortable coming in, he has a very enthusiastic and very helpful attitude 10/10 would come back to that location.
Looking at the paint work done to the hood, I have zero complaints everything was fixed and the hood color matched the rest of the car body (I even think this looked nicer than factory) I will probably not go to another body shop anymore since i've never had such a good experience with other body shops. Great work!
Oh another thing, since I live about an hour away Sam Ly even waited until 530pm (shop closes at 4pm) for me to pick up the car, highly appreciated the customer care right there.

Immaculate work. After having my rear door smashed and heavily dented, Craftsman fixed it and made my car look new again. Timely, convenient, loaner cars provided, and very professional and friendly service. This is the 2nd time I've had work done here and I wouldn't hesitate to return again if ever needed. Thanks for the amazing work!

They are so professional, patient, polite. So happy I went here after hearing how chaotic this type of experience can be. And my kids loved the minivan! Thank you it was a pleasure.

I want to thank the staff at Craftsman collision for doing an excellent job in fixing the damage to the front end of my vehicle. They explained in detail everything they did in the process. They even cleaned my car before presenting it to me! Well done!

Craftsman is always my first body shop choice whether I’m there for ICBC-related reasons or privately handled matters. Great quality of service on your car, with the option of a loaner vehicle if needed. They also have an online form that you can use to get quotes/assessments started, which really helps save time. While they may be on the slightly more expensive end when comparison shopping in town, from my experiences, that little extra more always seems worth it, especially when your car comes back to you fixed and cleaned.

Have made repairs over the years. Never identified a problem with work or service.

Had a majour accident making my car impossible to drive a year ago at Christmas. I went to another ICBC repair shop close to them as the earliest to initiate repair. The customer service there was poor as follow up did not happen as promised. Workmanship was sub par.

It took 2 months before I could pick up my car. There was an element tricks problem. I was told there was minor repair. When I reported there was still a problem it was checked & told there nothing wrong.

A small hit & run accident this summer resulted in a repair at Craftsman Collision. As part of their repair check up Craftsman identified a problem not completed from the repair from a competitor last Christmas.

12 months later Craftsman Collision has fixed the problem. Sam the manager, is focused on customer service and quality workmanship.

Wonderful accommodating experience at the Main Street branch of craftsman collision. The staff were excellent communicators and I was extremely impressed with the high quality of their work. Despite some delays due to the current supply chain shortages my needs were met and everything was made as easy as could be. Manager is excellent.
