This Craftsman Collision location has outstanding service. All staff led by Brandi were very friendly and knowledgeable. Repairs to the vehicle did not take that long and both the exterior and interior which had been cleaned made the car look like I had just purchased it from the dealer. Thanks Craftsman Collision!

I had the best overall service from this team, although for one part that took almost 8 mos to get my VW tiguan fix, this team was on the ball of follow-ups and simply caring. From the reception to the Management, were all smiles and professionalism, Thank you Roman and team for the wonderful, professional service you provided, almost most importantly the 100% pure detail craftsmanship done!

This location of Craftsman was recommended by two friends in the automotive industry and they were right on. Tom the manager was helpful and accommodating when a small adjustment had to be made to my claim. The office staff were friendly and very efficient. Got me in and out fast and processed my repair in record time. Thanks for everything. Will definitely share your name with friends and family.

A huge thank you and bravo on your honesty. Had quotes from other body shops that ranged from $3-$4k for damage to my wife's car. After going to my appointment the manager had a look and deemed that the damage was not permanent to the paint. He then took the car himself and used some sort of 3M product and it took care of the damage. I might add when I asked how much he responded its on us. What? In today's day and age? I would definitely recommend anyone to give Craftsman Collision Langley a try. Thank you so much.:)

I chose this location of Craftsman Collision after learning they were an ICBC Top Performer. After my experience today with the estimator Nolan, I can say this is FAR FROM THE TRUTH. When I brought my vehicle in for the estimate I was told by him I would receive a rental vehicle from Enterprise Rental since I had the coverage. When dropping off my vehicle I was told the rental was never booked and I'd have to take whatever courtesy car they had available and if they tried now Craftsman would have to pay for it "AND THAT'S NOT GONNA HAPPEN". I have a large family and a seven seater is required. Long story short the estimator was extremely rude and unapologetic. I was about to accept whatever courtesy car available since the wait time was so long when Nolan continued his rude attitude and said "well do you even want to leave you vehicle with us? " Implying I should go elsewhere - so I did. This was the WORST customer experience I have ever had and do NOT recommend this place - at least while Nolan is employed. An "acting" manager did try to resolve the situation and apologized for his co-worker's behavior but it was too late.

Brandi and Tom were excellent. They were professional and attentive. All my questions were answered and service was quick. I was provided with a replacement vehicle as well.
Definitely worth 5 stars!

I don't usually spend my time writing reviews but in this case I had to make an acception.

I've brought my honda here on two separate occasions purely out of convenience of location and having had hood service at the white rock location in the past. The first time I went to them, my rear quarter panel was dented and bumper was scraped when I went to pick it up the dent was repaired and they sprayed the bumper but didn't fill or repair the scrapes in the bumper when I complained they told me it wasn't their job to fix the scrapes in the bumper. There was also dust in my car from their work.
Move forward a couple months and my car got hit again so I went back to them and got them to repair the front bumper and fender when I picked it up I found that the color match wasn't very good and they didn't blend the paint into the rest of the body amd the mirror cover wasnt installed correctly and wasnt aligned properly along with the inner fener liner plus they installed an after market base modle mirror not a heated one like was the original so my mirrors didnt work so I had to bring it back again to get blended and the mirror replaced with the right one.when I picked it up the seccond time the blend was blotchy on the driver's door so I pointed it out and they said it's the original paint and I'm "seeing things" they wouldn't do anything. It was months later that when I washed the car I realized the trim for the roof rain gutter was missing from when they did the first job. And just the other day when I washing the car the paint started yo come off the bumper and you can clearly see they didn't scuff the plastic to create a profile for the paint to bond to.
The staff was rude the service was poor at best and the final product was extremely unsatisfactory. They dont care about their customers or pay attention to details so Stay far away from this place they don't deserve your money.

I had an amazing experience with this body shop! The customer service was truly outstanding - the staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. They even took the time to explain the process of repainting the scratch on my bumper, which I really appreciated. The end result was exceptional.

No respect from customer service, shoddy work.simple as that.fingerprints under clear coat on fresh repaint, most of the staff should work at a quick oil shop not a body shop.

Craftsman Collision in Langley is the place to go for vehicle repairs. I had what appeared-to-be-light-damage-but-wasn’t on my front end after rear-ending someone who stopped while merging. Craftsman made the experience much less painful, great team, very knowledgeable, professional and personable. And my car was detailed perfectly when I picked it up. Highly recommend.

I had a minor issue with my bumper. The representative was very helpful and the fix was straightforward. He was kind enough not to charge me anything since it was a fairly easy thing to fix.

Great service, got an appointment fast. Got my car done fast and when I got my car back it was beautifully vacuumed and wiped down interior. I was impressed.
