Craftsman Collision

Had some minor damage from a hit and run.
Repair was done ahead of schedule.
Very, very impressed with how quickly the Repair was done and how professional Everyone was.

Had my vehicle taken in after I had an insurance claim with ICBC. Paul was a joy to deal with and made everything easy on my end, getting a ride to the rental place and they even gave my car a nice wash when I came to pick it up. Overall great service, would visit again if I need body work done.

My F350 was pretty battered up, but the folks at Craftsman made it even better than it was before my crash! Amazing job and unbelievable customer service. They are a busy shop and I had to wait few weeks to get my truck in but it was well worth the wait! Shout out to Paul and the crew!

I just brought my truck to this facility to make repairs, after they call me for pick up, the repair job it not even close to be aceptable, it looks horrible, to the point, I have to find a different, shop repair to get it done right, they done care period, so if you need body shop service, don’t even bother going there, you will be totally disappointed, like i am

Repair looks perfect.even tho there were some hiccups getting parts.they did what they could to rectify things and ensure I had my vehicle and specialention to Cody whom did a great job throughout the process communicating and super courteous tthroughout.nice they keep u up to date with text updates so u know what's going on
