I just picked up my car from Craftsman collision south Surrey. The car looked great and I was very pleased with all that they did.
They not only did a great job with my car but they did it all in record time and I got my car back well before it promised.
I would highly recommend them! Very professional and courteous as well.

The people at Craftsman Collision White Rock are the absolute best! I took my car in after it was hit by a van. Not only did the Craftsman Collision fix the damage, they also detailed the whole car - inside and out, which I had not expected. When I picked up my car, I found that a bit of damage on the other side of the car (not part of the claim or repair) had mysteriously disappeared! The entire experience of having my car repaired was flawless - the staff and the result. I would never take my car anywhere else.

Had a great experienced and excellent work done a couple years ago. Let's see if they can do the same with a different car. And guess what they did the same thing awesome. I even had a minor problem, went back solved. This is why they are awesome!

The branch manager Daniel Narayan is very good. He deserve a five-star review. After my car back door repaired, my rear window wiper did not work. He helped me to fix the problem. He has a very good communication skills with customers so I likely work together to fix my my car. When the technician thought the second new motor also did not work, he also showed his rich technology and experience to find the auto part tricks. Daniel is a excellent leader in this branch that is why I give 4 - star for this branch

I needed to repair my sideview mirror fora second time and returned to the South Surrey Craftsman Collision where it stellar service last year. Once again I got excellent, fast, pro services! Proving to me that this level of quality service is obviously the norm. Thanks again to the staff!

I’ve been to this Craftsmen Collision a few times in past few years. Every time I deal with them they are fantastic. Easy to reach and communicate with, always friendly, work as promptly as they can to get my car back to me, workmanship is beautiful and I even got a courtesy car to use for a good stretch of time while we waited for parts to arrive in!

Amazing - Amazing -Amazing!
Had 2 different situations in 2 weeks.
First I was rear ended (had to have complete bumper and internal damage to the trunk replaced) on my SUV.

Received my vehicle back and was side swiped at a gas station pump (2 day's) after receiving my SUV from the shop.

As you can imagine.not a happy camper.

Daniel and his team made me feel like family and completed all work in a timely, courteous, professional manner.

I am beyond happy and would highly recommend Craftsman Collision to anyone needing work done on their vehicle!

Also courtesy vehicle was excellent and they went as far as to try and give me a vehicle that was equivalent to my SUV (these details make the difference).

I will always use White Rock Craftsman Collision for any future repairs!

Professional and punctual. I had a couple specific needs that werent typical, and they pulled through. Great service and good workmanship.

Very unprofessional handling and poor quality repairs. Despite insisting they totally missed notes from ICBC and made me pay and then 'stumbled' upon the notes and reversed my payment. Also lost one of the keys and outrightly blamed on whoever they could. It was later found in the car. My car was handed out in a dirty condition and even after second cleaning on request, was in an unacceptable condition. I'm short, they just want to put in minimum efforts and quality of work and blaim everyone and anyone for their shortcomings. Save yourself tons of hassle and take your car elsewhere

Bianca and the Team are very kind here! The techs took a courtesy look at my car to adjust my bumper back onto my car so I could still drive it before my appointment. The repairs on the car was faster than estimated. This was an ICBC claim but after this great experience, I will still use Craftsman Collision for any repairs I may need in the future.

I have been very satisied with the service from Craftsman Collision. Aminder was very helpful with finding me the tail light I needed. I picked it up and they installed it for nothing. It pays to be a repeat customer. They went beyond my expectation. Very friendly too.

This business deserves more than 5 stars. Nothing but fantastic since the moment I chose them & made an appointment to repair my vehicle from a hit & run. When it turned out I had to cancel my appointment and wait for a tow because it wasn’t drivable, they told me they couldn’t accept anymore tow ins but after talking with Daniel the manager, he asked me to send photos of the damage and shortly after called me back to say they would accept the vehicle. From then on, they kept me updated multiple times throughout the ~5 weeks my vehicle was with them, and returned my vehicle to me looking good as new, after it sustained almost $20k in damage. They even arranged for the return of my rental when I picked up my vehicle. Hands down the easiest part of dealing with this claim. Very professional, excellent service, the gold standard for what any customer facing business should aim to be. Thank you for everything
