Top notch service! They repaired a scratch on my door and when I got the car back the exterior and floor mats had all been washed. Definitely recommend.

I brought my RDX in for a loose panel and was met by Raymond, the site manager. After Raymond took a quick inspection and asked a technician to fix it on spot free of charge. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest auto body shop.

I took my Honda odyssey to the craftsman collision at Capstan way and was met by Raymond Chan, the site manager. Raymond is such a friendly and pleasant person, who shows absolute willingness to serve you the best way that he can. He explained the process to me. When the estimate was approved by ICBC, I was given a nice loaner car, while my vehicle was being fixed. In few days, my van was fixed to factory specifications, and was washed and vacuumed.

The whole process was smooth and efficient. I cannot say enough about Raymond and his team. If you are shopping for auto-repair shop, give a try to Raymond and his team. You will be glad you did. I hope I won’t get into another accident, but if I do, I will sure come back here. They are that good!

They helped me with a replacement car, I just arrived, gave my car, moved to a rented one. During that day and the following day, they wrote to me with updates on what happened to my car and how the repair was progressing, it was very nice. The next day I arrived, returned the rented one and moved into my own, you can't think of anything better or more perfect, I recommend it. Paid 0, which is a bit unusual)

My experience with craftsman collision was extremely pleasant and efficient. Right away, after I booked an appointment and checked in, Raymond was extremely helpful and guiding me throughout the process. From providing me updates, dealing with insurance, to getting me the rental car, the service has been seamless. More importantly, they perform quality work and my car was as good as new within a week.

I had an excellent experience here when I took my car on for an icbc covered claim. Raymond was fantastic - start to finish - he made it super easy to text him my claim info and photos, arrange a drop off date and rental car, and got the job done in 3 days as promised! The repair was well done and the car was washed and vacuumed and left in sparkling condition for pick up. I can’t recommend this shop highly enough! An overall 5 star experience!

Ive been coming here for years. First with Joseph than Jason and now with Raymond. Every time i was treated like a king and the work was flawless.

Since i basically take care of all the cars for me and the wife's families we've dealt with Craftsman collision richmond a few times and ive got no complaints.

Go see Craftsman Collision Richmond if you want your cars fixed right the first time. The turn around time is also much more reasonable than other shops as these guys been doing this for ages.

I really like the technician here but the problem is the receptionist who are so unfriendly. She is the one made me unsatisfied.

I went to Craftsman Collision and saw the manager Raymond, there is a minor scrape on my bumper. He quoted me $700 to repair it, however, he used a Toyota touch-up pen to fix it up. I am shocked at the result, could not even see it. I have been to Craftsman Collision before, and I would highly recommend their service because they are fantastic.

We visited the Richmond location on Jan. 18,2023 after being rear ended. We dealt with the manager, Raymond Chan. Despite not having an appointment, he was able to spent the time with us and gave us an appraisal. Raymond was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. He explained/walked us through the process and he was soo easy to deal with. Raymond was able to fit us in and ordered the bumper in a timely fashion. He also had his driver drop off my husband and pick him up when our vehicle was ready. We were impressed by his kind disposition and his customer service. Even our pooch would give this place five paws for service:)

Came back to Vancouver from cabo to a smashed window. Took my car to this location and they cleaned all glass up and taped it up well so we can make the 7 hour trip home. Much love to all the staff so many thank yous

Craftsman staffs are all very professional. Repair is done well. I've took my own car, my mom's car, and referred friend's car to them. Excellent and reliable shop.

Without a doubt, the best body shop in Richmond. Whether the repair is minor, or extensive, the crew that works at this location goes above and beyond for all of their customers. A body shop are all pretty much have the same procedures on how to repair vehicles, why I'm writing this review is simply because of the staff's welcoming personality. From start to finish, absolutely flawless. Kudos to the guys who took care of my car. Most importantly to Michael Chen who communicated with me from the get go. He even accommodated my simple request. I highly recommend this location for your vehicles needs, and I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Unfortunately on August 31st, 2022 I met a collision even it’s small but at that time I just changed a 2022 Honda about 3 weeks, I was so frustrated and mad. Then the ICBC told me it’s the other driver’s fault and I could find somewhere to fix it.
Fortunately I chose the Craftsman Richmond. They have a great team, they are professional, trustworthy especially the staff Raymond, he was really helpful and sympathetic.
