They got me in promptly. Set me up with a courtesy truck, communicated well, and finished two days early. A quick and painless process. Very satisfied with the service I received.

I cannot express how thankful I am for the kindness, excellent service and consideration Doug and his team showed me. I came in to his shop shaken and one minute into talking to him I broke down crying! His gentle manner, patience and kind words were such a comfort after a traumatic experience. I’d never been in an accident before and the other collision place I went to was awful! The guy was rude and dismissive. Doug very kindly explained the ICBC process to me and assured me he’d help. He made the whole experience so smooth and stress free. They’re a gem to have in our Maple Ridge community.

Excellent service from start to finish. Under-promised, over-delivered in every regard. I honestly didn’t do much research before taking my 2013 Mustang GT here…I just figured they’d been around for a long time so couldn’t go too far wrong.
I was still a little apprehensive as my car basically needed an entire new paint job (keyed), but the end result is beyond amazing. My car looks better than ever. Everything was put back together with OEM parts, clips, screws etc. Could not recommend this shop more. Extremely professional, efficient, and producing a top quality product for the customer. Way to go guys!

Highly recommended we’ve used a lot of body shops before because the wife drives with a blindfold on apparently. These guys go above and beyond from drop off to pickup to make sure it’s done right!

I was very pleased with the skill and professionalism of this shop. My truck was in for repairs twice last year both times the truck came out looking brand new as it still does to this day. Doug and his team had excellent customer service and communication. Anytime I asked for updates I was walked through everything that was being done and left feeling good. They also took care of a courtesy car both times and never gave me the stereotypical "cars salesman" or "mechanic" speech of "oh well we took take of ABC but you really should have DEFG look at and fixed we could do it for this much extra" all the work was discussed and agreed upon before repairs started and the budget and timeline were keep both times, which in todays age is a great thing a business that treats you like a the human being you are and not a dollar sign. Huge thank you to all the staff not only for the work but the respect and communication and making a difficult and hard experience as least painful and easy as possible. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

They are amazing here Ross is very polite and friendly my car was repaired very fast. I had problems getting a rental car and Ross went out of his way to get me in a rental without any problems I highly recommend this location 100%. They do amazing work 5/5 starts
