I had my vehicle repaired last month and was very pleased with the end results. The side of my car that was repaired is smooth and shiny! The paint job was blended nicely. Jacky and the staff I spoke with were all friendly and nice. When I picked up my car, Jacky took some time to explain what the technicians discovered, the repairs that were involved, etc and he even showed me photos to get a better idea. I'm happy with the service and would recommend this Craftsman Collision location!

Had my truck fixed at Craftsman Collision. There were some problems when I got it back. I told them about it. They took it back and fixed it right away, no issues. They were fast and polite. Lost one star because of the first problem, but they made up for it. Would use them again. Good service!

The repair took longer than I expected, 3 weeks but Evan was a pleasure to deal with. Front desk girl was helpful and the techs made the bumper look absolutely perfect. Would reccomend (but hopefully dont need to tho, car crashes aren’t fun)

I went to 4 repair shops to get 1 small scratch fixed - everyone one quoted $1000 or more. Dejected I thought to make 1 last stop at Craftsmen. Now only did the staff advise me to not paint the whole bumper (and pay huge amount), they told me how to fix a dent in the car and also buffed out all the scratches… for free! They were so so helpful. I highly recommend you guys go there if you need your car fixed!

Came here to get a fleet vehicle service. 4 staff was in the store incredibly rude, pretty much attacked me. I will never return and will go out of my way to make sure no one I know goes here.

Atrocious service they moved across the street to where the boyd used to be.

I would highly recommend going to Jacky and his team. I was very impressed with their level of service and professionalism. Jacky went above and beyond my expectations to make sure everything went right with my car.

Recently got my car back after taking it the first time when they finished the repair. Had some minor issues. After waiting for the right part they sorted everything and made it right. Great costumer service. Dealt with Jacky. Glad that I brought my car here for repair and I would highly recommend them.

Overall, I highly recommend the team at this location. Jacky and the team always provide impeccable service and hospitality for any repairs and ICBC related claims. They also make obtaining a rental car hassle free. I always have a positive experience at this location and will be returning in the future.
