Craftsman Collision

I came here before under different ownership but was happy to see the great service continues. I got regular updates, an immediate loaner car, and excellent workmanship for several dings through insurance that needed attending to. Plus they washed and detailed the inside. It was like getting a new car again!

I want to say craftsman collision has been absolutely amazing both times I've had my car fixed there. The employees r very friendly n helpful. They were able to get my car in really fast n fixed it quickly as well. I also am appreciative of the frequent updates on status of repairs. When I 1st had accident 5 other shops wouldn't fix my car then I found craftsman. They had look n said absolutely we can fix ur car. So happy I found craftsman collision. I'd highly highly recommend taking ur vehicles there to b fixed. I promise u will b very satisfied. So again huge thank u to craftsman collision for fixing my car 2x

I feel so disappointed with this guys they told me to bring my car for stemate but when I came there they said I don’t have appointment. Do not waste your time to bring your car if your car is rebuilt because they don’t do the fix even if you have an ICBC claim. They probably have their company rules but at least explain to the customers why they can’t fix a rebuilt car…

They have done work on my car and paint started peeling after few years I went back and they said I have to pay half the price but there making up stuff but I have life time warranty

Big thank you to Chris, Don, Pooja and the mechanics. Communicated all the way, got me in faster than any repair shops in Surrey. Car looks amazing they even replaced my protective films on my rear door. They paid attention to tiny details. Would pick this place over any private repair shops in Delta. Appreciate the hospitality and hard work.

I took my car to them to get my bumper replace with a faulty sensor and I was giving a time frame of 72 hours. I am happy to say that they finished the job in half that time, My car looks mint. Thank you to all the staff that took care of me and or I had a chance to speak to. I will for sure take any future business to them in a heart beat.

I had emailed to get a quote to some damage to my car. Dom called me right away and asked if I could bring it in the following day. He said it was an easy fix so he fixed my car no problem at no charge in one minute. Other places quoted me 100-200 to fix it. I highly recommend this location for honest and quality service! I am adding this review for this since I went on my second visit not so long ago. It as been 6 weeks since I had my car back but the back order for my guard has not yet come. My car was not detailed when I got it. No car wash or vacuum whatsoever. Some promises to get small things fixed were not fixed
