Craftsman Collision

I had a really bad experience with craftsman collision due a staff member (Stephanie) and from my estimate falling through the cracks but Patrice from craftsman called me after my bad review and apologized perfusely on how I was treated and actually listened to my complaint and stated he will be escalating the problems i experienced to make sure it never happens again. I appreciate the gesture and time that he took and the gift card. Thank you Patrice for your time and effort.

I scheduled an appointment with them through their website and was pleasantly surprised at how professional and thorough they are with auto repairs. I brought in my car to fix a smashed window and they meticulously went through the process with me.

They also offer their own on-site rental car so you have a replacement to use while yours is in the shop for repairs.

It's also very reassuring that they update you via text message to inform us of any delays. Additionally, they are quick to reply via email as well.

Overall, i had a great time and would definitely return for any future auto repair. They even gave me a small goodie bag (pen, paper, and my mint) to take home with me.

I brought my 2010 Honda Civic in after a hit and run. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here. The car looked amazing after! Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and excellent communication is what you can expect.

I’ve come to CC twice since moving to Victoria and both times had a great experience. Staff are efficient, knowledgeable, and considerate. As with any other ICBC-approved shop, the wait times to get in are long to get in but I still highly recommend this shop!

I had collision damage repair to the front and rear of my Lexus. I was happy with the quality of work.
After the vehicle was returned to me, however, I had some further minor issues that had to be addressed. Michael, the manager, was more than helpful and took care of those issues quickly and efficiently.
