Poor communication, stuck with wrong colour painted. Bumper. 1 1/2 day job went 11 days. Would recommend to stay away from these guys. Very disappointed in all aspects of experience

I had gone to this business to repair some minor rear-end damage. So I had left my car in their care while they were waiting on parts. While in their care, one of their workers drove straight into the front of my car, severely damaging the front end of my car. So what should have been a quick and easy fix has now turned into a complete nightmare. Weeks without me having a vehicle, and my car pretty much needs to be rebuilt.
I, in no way, can recommend this establishment, considering the lack of attentiveness and blatant disregard they took towards my vehicle. Safeguards should have been in place to prevent such an incident from occurring. Consumer beware.

Kelly, the time it took to complete the initial repair was never an issue that I had, and the "unforeseen circumstances" would be your technician crashing into the front of my car. Checking mirrors, blind spots, or even having another worker guide the driver into the lot must not be part of your "proper protocol". Rather than owning up and taking responsibility and properly apologizing, you seem to have just blamed this on bad luck. That, nothing could've been done to prevent this. Which frankly is just an unacceptable response and couldn't be further from the truth. Why would anyone in my position let the people who ruined their car continue to work on their vehicle? No thanks, you've done enough damage. I have found someone much more competent and professional.

Had a couple cracks in the windshield getting worse this winter so I reached out to the closest place near my work with good reviews.

Setting up the appointment required a bit of patience (maybe due to covid) but otherwise a smooth transaction. Diedre & Mike were very pleasant to deal with and and to my surprise, they cleaned the car inside and out. Very nice touch.

From now on, this body shop will be my regular store. They fixed my car perfectly like a new car in a much faster time than I thought. Everyone who worked here was kind, especially Mina, who was a manager, explained the repair process in a friendly and detailed way. I'm 100% satisfied.

This is where I take my car, very friendly staff and they always do a nice job (I have had my car hit while parked 3 times) when I get my car back it looks good and they clean the inside nicely as well!

I took my car in for an estimate and was greeted by Mina. He was very professional and helpful. He quickly addressed all of my concerns and answered all my questions. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

I am a returning customer for this location. Unfortunately my 124 Spider has been in accident back to back with in months of time. I was treated with respect last time, so it was natural that I return to the shop who already knows my car.

It was a very big collision worth of almost 12 grand in repair bill. Ofcourse it had hundreds of part to order and replace, it is very common that shops miss few small ones.

The repair was near perfect except few parts missing.

Mina from this location helped me sort out all the mistakes without any hassle. Got me in alternative transport, Put the car in back to pristine condition.

Mistake can happen but the real problem is how to deal with it. Mina once again, was perfect.

I was recommended this body shop by Todd at Langley Wolfe Mitsubishi.

I called in and made an appointment, simple enough… The next day I showed up for my claim appointment and had a very polite gentleman take photos of the damage and fill out the paperwork. He stated that the part in question (drivers side mirror) would take a couple of weeks to arrive, and thus I would hear from him when the part arrives.

Well it's been close to three months now since my initial claim appointment at Craftsman Collision, and I have not heard from anyone. No calls, emails, text messages - nothing.

I called yesterday to ask about the status of my claim as the hot sun is starting to soften the 20 feet of electrical tape keeping my mirror together, and very polite lady on the phone was able to find my file but had no idea what is happening. After a few minutes of going over my claim, she told me I would be hearing from the manager shortly.

It is now day 3 since my call and I have not heard back from the manager or anyone for that matter. I don't believe I have ever experienced anything like this before, there is no professionalism here.

As of today, I have no paperwork. No contact. No appointments to come in and get my my mirror sorted, and the manager didn't reach out to make this right.

All I have is this review. Hopefully others won't experience what I did.

I have been meaning to write this review for a while. Back in February, my vehicle was hit while parked in the driveway. On recommendation from a co-worker, and after researching reviews and going into a couple of other repair shops, I decided to take my vehicle to Craftsman Collision - Landmark Way. Ben was so incredibly helpful, professional and informative, from the moment we met. He made the process so easefull and stress free. My vehicle needed a paint job, which was completed within a couple of days and I was back on the road! The work was flawless and I was very pleased with the outcome! Ben was so kind and compassionate the entire time and really bent over backwards to provide me with as much information as possible and make sure that I was well taken care of throughout the entire process. Fast forward to August. I was in an accident with the same vehicle, which I took back to Ben at Craftsman. I received the same level of care I had previously. As I had never been in an accident before, everything felt so overwhelming. But Ben, Kevin and their receptionist Tamara, again, went above and beyond to help me through the process. Unfortunately my vehicle was written off and was not repaired, but I was so thankful for the support from their team while I waited for ICBC's decision. Ben even helped me remove everything from my vehicle at their shop, and transfer it to the rental! BIG thank you to the team, I highly recommend this location!

One of the worst services I have ever seen in my life Ben has slowed my claim down to taking close to a month to even get approved he has questioned my claim from the moment I brought it in there I would stay clear of this shop if your smart this is one of the worst services I have ever dealt with in my entire life time!

Nothing but professional service. Jody is one of the best people I’ve ever dealt with in the automotive repair world. My glass was replaced with an original manufacturer part, and the technicians even removed and reinstalled my dashcam and other things stuck to the inside! Amazing!

Craftsman Collision-Landmark Way is an AMAZING auto body and repair shop! If you are looking for a quality repair job that is completed efficiently and properly look no further. I had recently gone to another repair shop for a claim (Kirmac-Langley) and was incredibly disappointed by their customer service and the overall repair job. Craftsman went above and beyond in comparison and their customer service was top notch. Their Manager was fantastic and even fixed up the poor job that Kirmac had done. I appreciated the communication throughout the process (updates and timelines was clear) and on pick up of my vehicle I also was given a thorough run through of what repairs they completed and if there had been any issues or problems (there hadn't been). Cost breakdown was clear and understandable and the overall experience from initial call and drop-off to pick-up/return was painless and easy. Great job!

Craftsman provided a loaner vehicle to my daughter after her accident and were very pleasant to deal. I also had my truck fixed there previously and they did a great job.

Amazing customer service from Jody through the location in Port Moody. She kept me informed with the progress of our ICBC claim and handled all the bureaucracy. We had to do nothing except show up, drop off the car, wait one day, and pick it up - painless. Thanks Craftsman (and Jody).

I've got to give props to Ben and team for taking care of my outback while in their care. Unfortunately had an accident while in Surrey and they worked it all out with Allstate and got my baby back on the road!

Update: after a couple of days, I found many problems with my car related to what they fixed.it took them a couple of visits and almost a week to restore everthing "as much as they could".

Awesome customer service. Had my rear bumper fixed a little over a year ago. Discovered a leak last week so I took it back. They found the leak and fixed it right away for free. Would definitely recommend.

Not a good repair shop to go. When I was looking for a good quality body repair shop a couple of my friends told me about not going to this place for a car repair and I just ignored them and insist my stubbornness. When we picked up the car I saw and found what they were complaining about.

Yes, the staffs are friendly and kind. But when I picked up my car, we found it dusty and dirty in the interior. And I have to return it back for a paint repolishing and to remove some scratches.

I won't recommend this auto body repair shop at all.

Although I have not had the chance to take in my vehicle to this establishment for repairs, they were extremely helpful in giving me advise of how to deal with ICBC to speed up my claim. Thank you Michelle for your help, I have never experienced such incredible customer service over the phone!

Ben, Michelle and Christian have been so wonderful to deal with. They were so patient with me and explained everything thoroughly when it came to dealing with insurance and having my car fixed. They went above and beyond many times through the whole process, I would recommend their services to anyone.

Extremely happy with this body shop. Ben, the manager, was incredibly helpful and friendly. They were very quick and efficient with all repairs. Not only did they do a great job on the repairs, my car was completely cleaned inside and out. They buffed out some scratches without me even asking! They also repaired my automatic lock as it wasn't working due to another body shop's error! Would definitely recommend.

I brought my Subaru in to get repaired after a fender-bender. I take pride in my car and am usual very hesitant to bring it to a shop I haven't been to, or do not know. Ben and Christian understood how I felt and went out of their way to ensure a proper fix. Panels line up great, paint looks excellent, and they even gave it a wash/vacuum before I picked it up. Needless to say I am thrilled with the outcome. I would recommend this establishment to anyone!

Such great service! At a time when everything could be so frustrating and awful, the office staff made things so streamlined and easy! They provided a courtesy car and got our car right in. We had a lot of damage after a break in, and they had our car fixed under a week. It was really good work, and it’s super hard to tell anything ever happened!

Ben and his team at Craftsman Collision should be your go-to shop for any vehicle repair work.   Ben has an incredible eye for detail and does things precisely and with care.   Not to mention he went above and beyond to fix an unrelated issue I was having.   I don’t trust many people with my car however I definitely recommend this location.   Do not hesitate to get your vehicle fixed by these guys.   Keep up the great work!

I brought my car in to Craftsman Landmark to repair a big scrape down the side. I checked out some other places first, but felt most comfortable here. Everything was seamless; they quoted on the spot, booked me in for a few days later, comped me a rental (ICBC) and repaired it even faster than they said they would. I probably spent less than half an hour on the property in total, and the repair looks great. Ben and Michelle were friendly and efficient, and kept me updated by text. Definitely a strong recommendation from me!

Great service here. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Helped me with what I needed without trying to add on services and things that weren’t necessary. Very quick work and they did a great job. Would definitely come back to this location.
