I had an accident, and was told that getting into body shops was going to be a month or so. Craftsman got me in within 2 weeks, and performed all the work to perfection! There service was impeccable, and they are courteous, knowledgeable, and professional in all their interactions, and work. The car came back clean, and washed, and they showed me all the work that was done, and allowed me time to inspect the car, the damaged areas repaired, and even pointed out some things that I had not noticed when the car was initially assessed. I highly recommend these gentlemen (Kevin and Tony), and this location in particular. Great people to work with.

Team at 1st and Boundary Craftsman Collision did a remarkable job repairing my car in 2 days! The courtesy car was clean and my car was returned nice and clean inside and out. Looks like some old scratches were buffed out too. Special thanks to Tony C.

I recently had two minor claims which my insurance company (Family Insurance) recommended should be done at Craftsman. I bundled the two claims and said I would like the work done all at once. I did not have a good time with my insurer or Craftsman.
Craftsman's adjuster, on their E 1st Bby location, Mr. T Chen required that I communicate to the insurer to have them send the claim documentation to them, despite my having sent the documentation to Craftsman by email. So repeated my request to Family Insurance. Then later, Mr Chen said he had received documentation for one claim but not the other. Finally, after my appt time - almost a month later, I went to see Mr Chen for an estimate. I arrived and he then said he did not have the paperwork for the first claim, the one which was never in question.
Finally Mr Chen came out to look at the vehicle and I explained my concerns. He challenged my knowledge of automobile engineering in a manner I found rude. I told him this and asked if he was a mechanic or bodyman and he said 'no'.
After everything I had been through I decided NOT to do business with Craftsman Collision.
NOTE: Google asks, "Did you use this business? Yes or No? " There is no option for, "I really tried" which would have been the box I ticked.

Craftsman Collision on 1st Ave were hired by Speedy Glass to repair my vehicle after the rear bumper was damaged while replacing the windshield window. To Speedy Glass’s credit, they contacted Craftsman Collision immediately, had them come by to inspect the damage, give an estimate and approved the repairs. I had the pleasure of dealing with Kevin at Craftsman Collision, from start to finish I received excellent customer service. It’s inconvenient anytime to have to bring your car in for repairs but Craftsman Collision managed to make the experience seamless. I appreciated all the updates by text messaging to keep me well informed. On pick up, I was delighted to find my car detailed inside and out. They even managed to remove grease marks on my interior window casings left by workers who had replaced my windshield. Can’t say enough on how pleased I was with their professionalism and workmanship. If you have the misfortune of needing body repairs, I highly recommend their services.

The staff communicated well through out the process. It was smooth and efficient. Job was done right and quick. This is the only bodyshop i trust to repair my car!

I dropped my car off for repair and CC organised a rental for me equivalent to my SUV with efficiency. They also worked down to the wire to help me ensure I got my car back before a long weekend. The manager kept me informed of the repairs and timeline and the car was in excellent condition when I picked it up.

Brought my car in for repair to the rear bumper. Craftsman went above and beyond what I expected as not only did they repair my bumper, they buffed out a large scrape, detailed, and washed my vehicle. All of this was complete within 36 hours.

Mine was a hit-n-run ICBC claim. Dents and scratches above my left-rear tire on my Honda Pilot. Great repair job! Great paint job! And even painted the minor surface scratches on my bumper and painted my left passenger door to make sure the color matched! Thank you also for vacuuming the interior, washing the mats, and sanitizing the interior. Thank you Melvin, Kevin and the team for a great job!

Great experience, very to the point, always returned phone calls promptly, explained the entire process of a repair very well. Helped with ICBC related questions as well. Kevin was willing to go the extra mile to make sure things made sense and worked out in everyone's favour. He was extremely helpful. Receptionist (don't remember her name) was very helpful over the phone and in person as well. Very happy with them.

Fantastic service from the moment I showed up to picking up my car. Their estimate was spot on to what I was invoiced. The work looked great. And I picked up my car cleaner than I've seen it in some time. Will definitely see them again if I need autobody repair.

Kevin tried to tell me my rear bumper was not repairable and told me I needed to wait until next Tuesday to get my car repaired as the part was not available until then, and he wouldn't be able to give me a courtesy car until Tuesday even if I paid for it. He quoted me $2200 for a new rear bumper. Went to another icbc approved shop and they repaired my bumper for $1500 after tax and it looks brand new. Kevin was also not very accommodating of my film industry schedule as I work 14 hours a day. The other shop went above and beyond, gave me a rental car immediately and delivered my car to me after it was repaired. Kevin offered me no solutions but to call another shop.

I received great, professional and friendly service at this location. The manager Kevin really took care of me. I am very particular when it comes to my cars and he made sure everything was done beyond my expectations.
The team here really made it a very comfortable and seamless experience for me. I hope not to return, but if need be, will definitely be returning to this location.

These guys are absolutely AMAZING I had a fight with my underground parking stall last night that left huge red streaks on the passanger side rear fender of my new white Kia Soul and I brought the car in to see about getting a quote before possibly having to go through ICBC (really didnt want to do that) and these guys said that it could easily be buffed out at no cost NO COST! I left my car with them for a couple hours and got her back looking like new again Thank You so much! Im so freakin greatfull! I really cant thank you enough

Amazing customer service. I came here after my car side mirror was hit, and expect some time to fix it. Marlvin helped me check and offer me free of charge polishing these minor things, and they did a good job on it. Very nice experience. Definitely recommend.

I went down to this location last week to see how cheaply we could remove some scratches without going through insurance. Another body shop had already estimated about $670 to repaint the panel. But Don was very nice about it and said the scratches would 90% buff out - and that they would do it for free. He was right; though they are deep, only a few are left and are almost invisible now unless you know where to look. That really beats paying money for something so small! Thank you Craftsman!
