I had an exemplary experience here at Cranbrook Kia with Crystal. We weren't able to find exactly what I was looking for so I did not buy here but it's worth noting you will be taken care of by up front and honest people.

Do not buy a vehicle from then. Breaks down after 2 weeks and you get laughed at when you try to return it. Do opt deal with them. You will get a runaround and thy won’t take blame. Manger laughed when I said I was returning car after 2 weeks.

Ran a credit check without permission- did not even have a vehicle that we were interested in so why they ran the credit check is beyond me… they just said it is “assumed” you know they are running your credit…

My car broke down near cranbrook on a road trip from Vancouver to Winnipeg. I got it towed to the dealership and they told me they didn’t have time to look at it for a few days so I waited around town for a diagnosis. Meanwhile the sales department saw an opportunity and offered to trade it in for 13k. I waited for the motor which was on back order and got it back yesterday, I can’t say I’m surprised that they didn’t even give the car a vacuum after holding it for two months. Thanks to Kia cranbrook Il never buy another Kia. I drove that car 900km out of town and sold it to a different dealer for 18k.

Cranbrook Kia.where do I even begin. You guys pulled me out of such a terrible situation and within 24 hours I had everything signed and my new car delivered 3 hours away and in my driveway by 10am this morning. Your customer service is on point and I cannot thank you enough!

If I could I would give 0 stars as Kia was awful to deal with. We walked in looking are a new Kia that had showed up off the truck and they would let went on a test drive the next day as it was the end of the day for them. Got a text saying they sold it the next morning to a person who works there. Told us there is one on the way and they can’t hold it unless a deposit so we decided to do it. Also said we had to get the Kootenay package. After awhile and still no car, finally came in and they didn’t have anything for the Kootenay package and gave us no mats or anything for temporary purposes. After less than a month and 700 km having it and it gets cold the car’s temperature gauge went to hot, engine light, and tire light came on just before Christmas and they gave us no car to use and said depending on what it is you may have to pay. Came in 5 days later for them just to say this will happen everytime it gets cold and didn’t fix it. Very disappointed and would never go back to Kia.why is my other car from another dealership just fine and it’s 2017 with none of these issues. It seems to be a Kia issues as I know no else had these issues that are also from other dealers. You also are avoiding the poor customer experience that we are receiving and I also noticed that on other responses.

I find the service department there emotionless, unfriendly and very hard to deal with. They don't have any customer service skills. We actually are considering selling our brand new Kia because we dread coming here for services so much. And don't even get me started on the "free oil change package" they will sell you, there is nothing free about it, its an absolute rip off that charges you for the basic check ups that every other dealership does for free. (I'm 2 "free" oil changes into this suv and I've paid 80$ for the first and 170$ for the second because they force you to stay on a schedule to maintain "free" ones which include charging you for everything else that all other places do for free). In today's day an age, customer service has to be at the forefront of a dealership, and these folks don't seem to care at all about it, unhappy customers or fixing problems to appease people.

Response to Mitch: the staff rarely looks up from their computers to talk. They can't give answers about anything that relates to vehicles other then minimal answers you prompt them for. I'm not attacking someone's character or their family life, im saying their customer service skills are very very poor. As for the free oil changes, it may be in the paperwork, we all fill so much of that out I don't know many that do read that. We DO hear the sales man say you get free oil changes for life and that sounds good, only to find out now we pay for battery inspections, inspections of air filters, brake inspection, lubricating hinges etc. EVER other dealership does all this and more for free. I went to Kal tire to have my tires rotated on my DUALLY and it was 60$ plus every inspections you have listed (multi point inspection) so please tell me how a a service # 2 is 189$ when the oil and filter are "free"? Did I just pay 189$ for a tire rotation or did I pay for the inspections that every other dealership doesn't charge for? Not upset, just aware that this is not a good deal, not good customer service, not good salesmanship etc.

Great place if you want to play car roulette, I ordered a Forte GT and apparently they ordered me a Forte 5 not sure how that happened.after waiting 4 and half months they say its possibly in Vancouver or on the ship but they found it.umm pardon? They had 0 info on my ordered car, one would think you would have a build number and a estimated arrival date, such things would have avoided the "mistakenly ordered Forte 5"! So if you unsure what car you want to order head on down and let them pick something for you! So ya anyways I bought a Sentra at Nissan instead! Great service!

- I never made a phone order, I came in and ordered and paid my deposit in person!
- I was very clear on the fact I did not want a hatch back as they are not my style!
- you did not locate me a sedan, you asked if I would still buy said Hatchback, after I declined, you tried selling me your K5 which is a much more expensive vehicle.

If you enjoy rude, condescending, disrespectful staff than this is the place for you! By far the worst customer service I have experienced anywhere ever.

Thanks for your reply.i wrote this review solely based on my experience with Eric in service who was very rude and disrespectful. Phil was much nicer to deal with at first until he began lying to me and threatening me with warranty issues if i took my car anywhere else for repairs. I did not write this review to start an online bickering contest. Perhaps it would be more professional of you to call your unhappy customers and get there side of the story instead of only replying to an online review.
As far as you trying to "lessen the cost of repair" i have called 6 other kia dealerships and asked for a quote on the repair.i told them nothing of my situation, i simply asked for a quote.every quote was cheaper than the one i received from you.so perhaps you should get the facts straight before you start trying to act like the hero in this situation.i understand that my situation is unfortunate and it is no fault of yours that a rock put a hole in my radiator.i never asked for anything free, i was only hoping you would stand behind the product you sell and work with me for a resolution we could both agree on.maybe if your staff treated customers with a little respect this whole situation could have been avoided. My complaints have been filed with Kia Canada and i have received truthful answers to my questions unlike the ones i received from Phil.if theres anything else you would like to discuss or say feel free to leave another reply or maybe try picking up the phone, you have my number.

The team at Cranbrook Kia was awesome to deal with. Cody was super helpful and easy to work with. He answered our questions and there was no pressure to "upgrade". The service department got our trailer hitch installed before we left the lot. They even sent us off with a full tank of gas. I love my new Kia Seltos and feel great about my decision. We immediately did a 1000 km road trip and feel even better about the purchase afterwards. I love the features and the simplicity of the LX AWD model, perfect for our needs.

I went through Cranbrook Kia to purchase a new vehicle. It was a great experience from the start through to the finish, the staff are all very helpful and welcoming. I dealt with Phil who was very attentive to my ever changing list of must haves. He went above and beyond to source me the right vehicle. He was able to find exactly what I as looking for and fit it within my budget. Would absolutely recommend Kia Cranbrook to everyone in the market for vehicles. I won't be buying another vehicle unless it's from Phil Britten at Cranbrook Kia. Phil works hard to get you the vehicle you want and won't give you the run around. Friendliest guy. Could not be recommended higher.

Kevin in finance is a solid dude, he makes the nitty gritty of the buying process truly enjoyable.

Eric is the best service manager in the city and the only person I trust to do the work my vehicles require.

If I could give more stars I definitely would! Phil and mitch were so helpful and did an amazing job at finding me the best deal and a car within my price range. I'm a single mom and the staff was super friendly and always came over to talk to me and my son whenever we came by. This was such a pleasant experience and I was never rushed into a vehicle that I wasn't happy with. My needs were met, questions were answered and friendships were made. Thanks everyone who helped us out and made me and my son feel comfortable there. 10/10 would recommend

Been awhile) called me several times after I had already insisted I didn’t want to be contacted after I had already purchased a vehicle from another dealership in town. Continued to call and leave messages. Hope you get better salesmen. Don’t even know how they got my #. Will NEVER suggest to anyone.

The girlfriend and I were in the market of financing a vehicle, we decided on a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan. Phil Britten from Cranbrook Kia was such a pleasure to work with and he jumped through hoops to make sure we got the best deal we could get. This experience has been excellent and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We have bought our last. 6? Vehicles from this awesome team?
Early January my newest car was involved in a "hit and run" and I was rediculously stressed out, especially since I had bought it a few short months ago! I contacted Eddy and he promised me he would make it ok for me. Eddy and Mitch worked it all out, and even did a great deal of correspondence with ICBC for me. Well, it all worked out for me, and they got me in a brand new Telluride today.
I told Kevin that even if I didn't like Kia's, I would still go to them because they are so incredibly awesome, super friendly, quick, take all of the stress off of you as the buyer, and are just amazing
I can't imagine ever going to a different dealership, or dealing with anyone other than their team. My kids love Eddy, and I just can't recommend them enough!

Well for the past two years I have had the great pleasure of dealing with Cody Fraser at Cranbrook Mitsubishi. Traded in my Mazda which was purchased from Cranbrook Kia, went to look at a used Dodge Charger, test drove oh I don’t know probably 6 or 8 different cars, suvs and nothing fit! Cody said: how do feel about new? He got me into a brand new Lancer Sportback for exactly what my budget allowed! Due to the nature of my work I just recently had to trade in my beloved Lancer for an SUV, Cody once again delivered and went above and beyond. Car was delivered everything done over the phone and email.
Going to miss Cody terribly but happy to know he’s just around the corner at Cranbrook Kia. I guess I’ll just have follow Cody! Through Cody and I we even converted my partner over! Best of Luck Cody at Cranbrook Kia! I know you will do very well, your honesty integrity and personality make it all worth while! Thank you Cody for all you have done!
