We stayed in the new Monashee studio and it was great for our family of 4. Very accessible to the hot pools and very private. Will be back soon!

We love coming to Crazy Creek! Great hot pools, lots of hiking trails, and nice suites to stay in. Worth it for a day trip or for staying a week.
17 December 2023 20:15
An absolute gem. A great family getaway with well marked walking trails, historic sites, beautiful accommodation and, of course, the hot springs that has 4 fabulous pools.

We love this place and go here as often as possible. The staff have to be the best part of this resort. They are cheerful, helpful and give you a good deal.

I have no idea how the rooms are because we only go here for soaks but this place is awesome, especially since they removed the creepy religious iconography that put my mom off from visiting it for years. The only reason that I take a star off now is because there aren't any dedicated private changing stalls in the lady's change room. Not everyone is okay with getting naked in front of others; I especially never have been. It's a bit gross changing in the toilet stalls instead! If Crazy Creek could change this someday that would be greatly appreciated although we will keep coming anyway. Definitely the best rainy or snowy day activity; the hot pools just feel so much better and look absolutely magical in inclement weather!

After 5 days of travelling, worn out weathered, the minute of arrival, peace and calm comfort surrounded me. The view is amazing, the rooms clean comfortable spacious super comfy beds. Good tv channel selection. So looking forward to my next visit

The old townsite of Taft is where Crazy Creek is situated and Taft has had a rich history, as well within the region, check out the ruins on the trail, read the history handout available at check-in. Find the old fish hatchery and fish runs. Cross the tracks and walk the old Transcanada highway. Then take the short walk to the Eagle Creek to take in the scenery, the views, and if you are lucky, see some fish or even salmon spawning! These trails are not monitored, so always beware of your surroundings, but the immense beauty of the interior of BC will sure to impress you. Campsites available, cabins, and large, renovated modern condo-like rooms could appease any traveller. No true restuarant on site, so you can do a short drive to Sicamous for a meal or bring your own groceries, and make your own. On way back from Sicamous, be sure to stop and check out historical last spike at Craigellachie. Back at Crazy Creek, there are 3 hot pools, each with a different temperature. These are hot pools, not to be mistaken for true natural hot springs. There is also a plunging pool, if you dare to! I did, and was fabulous! Surrounded by forest, it is relaxing to sit in the pools and take in the beauty, although there is alot of highway noise you hear while in the pools. Take the pedestrian bridge over the highway and a short walk up the mountain to the suspension bridge and be rewarded as you cross it with a stunning view of the falls! Nice rest area and alternative viewing platforms on the other side. If you can't walk that bridge, ask for directions to the parkade where you can park and access the viewing platforms instead. You can also climb further up the mountain to see where the flowing water is originating. Be advised though, the rooms are pricey, especially when a $45 cleaning fee is tacked on over and above your room cost, which is not disclosed until you checkout (when booking online). The condo-like guest rooms are great for an extended stay, families, or couples getaway and you do not hear the highway noise, but being closer to the train tracks, you will hear the low rumble of trains as they pass by, but train horns are not blown. It is a unique stop for a day or overnight with several inexpensive or no cost things to do to keep children, or yourself, entertained. Staff upon arrival were not overly friendly, but seemed to improve the more times you engaged with them over the length of your stay.

Crazy creek is exceptionally clean and a beautiful spot for a family vacation. Such a perfect getaway. We will be back!
10 September 2023 9:09
Amazing times at Crazy Creek. Perfect getaway for the whole family, or a weekend away from the kids. Very clean, staff are very accommodating and beautiful setting. Everyone must visit!
18 February 2023 8:37
Have stayed here twice this past year once in a trailer and other time in their new cabins. The new cabins are nice and cozy fitted with all necessary essentials for a weekend away.
05 February 2023 15:41
We had such an amazing experience. We stayed in the cabins which were clean, modern and fully equipped. The hot pools were so relaxing. We will definitely be back!
19 January 2023 12:20
We recently staying in one of the new cabins at Crazy Creek Resort. It was a great getaway for our family of four, plus the grandparents (who are regulars here with their RV). The cabin had all the amenities we needed for the weekend and was super clean! We were less than 5 minutes (walking) to the pools, but it felt like we were in the middle of a beautiful forest. Would definitely stay here again.
09 January 2023 23:40
We had a wonderful time! Great little get away spot and amazing staff! The manager Adam was incredible and so accommodating.
26 December 2022 7:36
We love this place but the last year the jets have been hit and miss everytime. We are season pass holders so frequent often and about half the time we go the jets are not working. Annoying. Id hate to pay 25 bucks to sit in a bathtub
22 December 2022 8:36
My experience is always wonderful when I come to crazy creek whether it's camping in the campground or renting a suite soaking in the pools I go almost every 2 weeks to a month I'll be back shortly as I forgot my bathing suit there
10 November 2022 15:17
Just got back from there, camping with our 28 foot trailer in their new sites. Incredibly kept facility, everything was clean including the pools. The full hook ups were great, the Wi-Fi was just OK, but good enough for me to do some stuff online. The only downfall is the trains which the resort can’t help but you learn to live with it. I highly recommend this facility, and I note I will definitely be back.

I must note that I’m in a wheelchair and I found the entire facility very wheelchair friendly.

I should note, that with adding our full hookup camping and our family pass to use the hot tubs for three nights, cost us $113 per night altogether, which I thought it was a little bit expensive for a family quick trip, I wish there would’ve been a better discount as we are camping there.
19 October 2022 2:22
Camped with an RV, nice park level spots. Sadly the "Hot Pools" (Different temperature outdoor pools) were not included and would have cost more than the stay to get passes for all of our family. They did look nice and people were enjoying them. Taft walk was.less than spectacular and the Park itself spanned a large railway works yard with the Office and Hotpools quite a walk from the RV park etc.
06 October 2022 18:12
We just left this charming resort. Had a very relaxing stay! Beautiful outdoor hot tubs, clean attractive spot. Close to lots of sites to see.
Our reservation was double booked by mistake. The owner moved us to the perfect spot. Excellent customer service!
03 October 2022 15:06
Very enjoyable and relaxing, We stayed in suite 1 which was very nice and did well for what we wanted.
02 October 2022 8:29
Great family spot. Clean pools and change rooms. Very friendly staff. We’ve visited a couple times in the forested camp sites.
01 October 2022 15:17
Spent one night here, but so much to visit in area. The pools are clean and so lovely! Will be returning!
23 September 2022 18:43
An absolute awesome vacation great staff great location clean pools just an overall great getaway! I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be going back
09 September 2022 15:06
Awesome campground! Great, friendly staff. Very clean and well taken care of facility and campground. The Hot pools were amazing. Great ambiance with nice music and nice lighting. The pools were clean and the 4 different temperatures were spot on.
08 September 2022 2:30
Absolute waste of money for the waterfall/bridge hike. You can see the waterfall from the highway, and the hike was a total of about 10 min only to get to a gate that blocks the trail off for what might be a nice hike.
02 September 2022 10:52
We only visited the hot pools and the waterfall. The hot pools facilities were well maintained and clean but we felt the admission fee to the waterfall area was overpriced and lacked any kind of value.
01 September 2022 0:51
Camped here for the night, it's a little too close together but was just a quick stop for us. We were up later, thankful out neighbors were up to. Got to experience the hot pools and really needed it. It's a bit extra per person for the hot pools
23 August 2022 10:54
It is a nice clean place, but it is 40km from the nearest town and everything costs extra. Access to the pools and suspension bridge is full price extra even to registered guests.
09 August 2022 17:14
Close to the train tracks so it is extremely loud and noisy. Train runs every 2 hours so save your self from stress if you plan to go tenting here unless you intend not to sleep. I would never stay here again.
09 November 2021 23:18
Nice old
Pools. Three different tempature pools plus a cold dunk tank pool to chill you.
I bit pricey for what it is compared to other places we have gone to.
05 November 2021 15:45
Great spot, only downside is the distance from a tent site to a toilet and that they charge to see the waterfall. But overall I liked it
19 October 2021 6:54
Crazy Creek Resort is a consistently amazing place to stay. Always friendly and helpful staff. The pools are lovely, with three different temperature hot pools and one cold dunking pool. This was our first time camping there and it was great. The little store is convenient for any small missed items and snacks and there is tons to do nearby. Staff commitment is outstanding, especially when there was an incident with their neighbouring property (the suspension bridge) who decided to throw an all night fundraiser complete with loud bass and airhorns without alerting the campground ahead of time of the disruption. I will continue to be a return customer to Crazy Creek Resort and will recommend it to others as well.
19 October 2021 0:12
New upgraded sites are very narrow with steep sides. Hard to get around RV due to steep sides & narrow site.
Train is very loud - every hour.
16 October 2021 8:04
Driven by a million times and only now stopped on our day visit to the enchanted forest. Kids loved the pools and a dip after a hot and smokey day. My favorite was the hot and cold pool alternating. There are three temperature hot pools. The large one is great for kids. Facility was clean, bathrooms were clean and the pool and pool deck were well organized. Might have to camp here in future.
13 October 2021 16:25
So we arrived late on Monday around 7-8. Was told the rate was going to be $189, which was great for that area and for 5 people.

The good.

- the suite is very updated
-Netflix and Disney plus included

The bad.

The room wasn’t very clean, had food under the couch

They charge $45 cleaning fee, but charge $25 for dishes if you don’t do them, they want you to strip the beds, etc.

I asked for late check out, because my kids were still sleeping at 1030. Asked for a hour so I could wake them and feed them. Was refused because they had 5 checkouts and only 2 staff.don’t understand why they couldn’t have the staff go to the other 4 rooms? Most hotels have no problem with late check out. Plus the lady at the desk was rude, not personable at all.

So 1 night ended up being $270.not worth it and not happy. With the customer service
11 October 2021 16:50
We rented a RV campsite for 1 night and enjoyed both the pools and the hike to the suspension bridge / waterfalls. We had a good time, we’ll be back!
11 October 2021 6:01
Our family just did our second trip out to Crazy Creek this summer! We again had such a great time (hence the return trip). This time we actually stayed 5 nights with 2 other families. The staff were so accommodating in getting us the best sites where we could all be in a row. These are our favorite hot pools - there are 4 pools of different temps, and with the hot weather we had such a blast with the plunge pool. The water and pool deck were so clean and well maintained! We stayed in the new fully serviced campsites, and the plants and trees we backed onto made us feel so secluded and so shaded - which was perfect for us with small kids. We thought 5 days would be long, but we spent days at the hot pools; playing in the forest behind our lot; fishing and wading and throwing rocks at the Crazy Creek and then the Eagle River; walking up to the suspension bridge and then stopping at the little park and ice cream area for an afternoon of giant Jenga; making an ice cream afternoon at Dutchmen Dairy; and doing Enchanted Forest. There’s so much we didn't get to out that way too as far as tourist attractions in that area. Overall, not even the bit of hazy smoke out there during our stay could hide the natural beauty of this place. Loved it. Great trip. Thank you!

Guys change room reaked of urine, people coming to the pool with all their clothes on (obviously haven't showered) water is gross and salty got an ear infection a day and a half after going.
07 October 2021 10:09
Don't get me wrong, I love a good hot spring. The problem is, I prefer my hot springs more natural, with less concrete and chemicals. Also, the cost of this hot spring is a little high in my opinion. The facilities were good but the toilets in the change room were in an unfortunate state.
06 October 2021 11:13
Expensive and you would expect everything to be better. Right beside (12 ft) railroad with 30+ trains coming and horn blowing ALL night. Internet was extremely poor and we need it for work. And they have a short hike that they require you to pay for. For $65+ a night not worth it.
01 October 2021 18:07
Stayed 2 nights in the camp ground, price was average for a campground but the services supplied such as free wifi never worked. Bathrooms were only cleaned once a day not worth the price for the suspension bridge walk or hot pools also change rooms need to be maintained better. Will drive by on our next trip through BC defiantly better places to stay on HI way 1
01 October 2021 8:25
We had such a great time at crazy creeks. The pools were so welcoming especially after a swim in the crazy creek, a short walk from our campsite. The walk to the suspension bridge shows such a diverse amount of trees. Loved it. The bridge itself was very cool and a cool little sitting area with games for the kids on the other side. The campsite was nice and large. Yes there are trains that go by but loved seeing them. All in all great time.
30 September 2021 12:48
Just got back from a great trip to Crazy Creek Resort with my whole family we rented three suites and 2 campsites for three nights. We really enjoyed swimming in the Eagle river right behind the campground. The suites were very nice and everything was modern and updated. The staff is very friendly, and the pools are very nice (although we enjoyed the river more in the hot weather). Yes there are trains but they didn't bother anyone's sleep at all and they can be fun to watch.
29 September 2021 20:04
We found the hot tubs quite expensive. When we were there it was so smoky we could only be out for an hour or so. The campsite is very nice. Lots of places to bike on old roads. We went up the suspension bridge and had ice cream at the top. That was a nice hike.
28 September 2021 22:13
Can not thank the staff enough for the amazing camping trip! Staff was very friendly. Campsite was clean. Pools were amazing
28 September 2021 0:58
Kind, friendly staff. Good for a pitstop. Have stayed at both an unserviced and serviced site with a tent. Clean well kept bathrooms, hot pools are a nice de-stress. A little pricey and beware absurdly loud trains come through frequently with horns blaring.
22 September 2021 2:55
It's just 3 pools.with 3 dif temperatures. There is nothing to eat.like no bar.no restaurant.no sandwich shack or anything like that. After 1 hour soaking it starts to get boring.no big deal
19 September 2021 17:14
We loved our stay at crazy creek! We enjoyed the pools and our condo was exceptionally cute and clean! The staff was friendly and helpful. Such a great place to relax and recharge. We will be back!
15 September 2021 11:01
We loved our stay! Nice big spots, lots of leafy trees, beautiful valley area, friendly, clean, loved the little things we could do nearby (river/creek, nice walks, suspension bridge hike etc) and also how close it was to Revelstoke, breweries etc There are trains but they didn’t bother me - had fun hunting for “train junk” (spikes etc) and the sound of the trains made me nostalgic for “another time” when I loved trains as a kid. Just bring some wax earplugs if you sleep light - they work great!
11 September 2021 4:05
We spent a week camping with family, the various pool temperatures are awesome, everything was very clean. Had a wonderful time. Enjoyed hiking to the waterfall & suspension bridge, we also spent time on the beach on crazy creek, the grandchildren loved it! We’ll definitely be coming back.
08 September 2021 13:13
Decent price for a unit. Unfortunate, you have to pay admission for the suspension bridge:/ Hot pools are great, there is a daily train that rolls rolls by, so if you're a light sleeper or dislike trains. Should probably avoid.
24 August 2021 23:57
Trailer camping is a parking lot. Pools are nice and clean. Wifi is joke, haven't been able to connect for four days. Trains wake you up every day.
20 August 2021 5:15
I was here once before. Was a nice time and a nice experience. New owners from what I gather and also very nice. They are expanding to welcome more families and thats great too. If you have any questions or concerns be sure to talk to Jason, he is very understanding and will make things right. Definitely will come back again with the kids. THANKS CRAZY CREEK RESORT.
04 August 2021 17:20
Nice and comfy, perfect for conservative families, perfect to me, can't ask for more, thanks to all the nice staff, and the kind guests.
19 July 2021 1:06
Terrible customer service. Would not recommend walking all the way up to the resort for them to be unable to accept a debit card. Turned away with our three year old who climbed a ton of stairs to see the waterfall because there machine wouldn’t fit debit cards. In attempting to fit it the staff broke my husbands debit card. Will not be making that mistake again.
04 February 2021 6:50
I used to go here regularly with my partner. Last time I went with two of my girl friends And the staff came up to us while in the pool and asked to smell our water bottle. I had given my friend a sip (precovid) because she forgot her bottle in the car. We are late twenties and have tattoos, but wanted to go for a nice dip. I asked the staff member if she had smelled the other guests water bottles and she said they checked them at the counter. No one else in the pools with us had had there bottle checked. I’m sure they have had issues with people drinking but it seemed like abit of a jab at us. Me and the other girls do not go here anymore and rather head nakusp way.
